Been ordering meal prep with these guys for a while and they are solid. Not just decent and macro friendly meals that have helped me stick to a calorie deficit, losing 4kg in 4 weeks, but also top knotch customer service. Anthony is friendly, quick to respond and helps with any questions or queries. Tbh, probably some of the best, if not, the best customer service I have received. These meals are super affordable and I recommend them to anyone looking at going into a cut/diet. Even a one off order to have some meals in the freezer is a good shout.

Prepared meals - 5 stars
I live in NE post code so there are a few delivery dates each week. Easy to place an order, excellent choice of foods to choose from and good value for money. I ordered 5 meals and 5 snacks the first week and they were delivered on the Sunday. Second week I ordered 7 meals and snacks, got half Sunday and other half Wednesday. You get to request to put in narrative when booking and where there are any issues they WhatsApp you. Really good customer service. Would definitely recommend
