Cannot access site. Says something went wrong, come back at a later time. Really? This site is a scam and so is the company that issued the prepaid card. Looks like they lost a customer for life.

I have a gift card that I got as a rebate for paint I purchased. It was rejected because I didn't have a pin. When I went to the website I was told it had expired and to call the phone number on the card. The number was automated and referred me back to the web site. Totally NOT useful.

I have 2 gift cards that were lost in a drawer that I found.they were both expired the from perfectgiftcard went on filled out my name it cost $5 reissue.NO fuss Prepaidcardstatus on said card expired and hung! I live in California and I think there's a law but what do you do when there is no way to get a hold of a live person? Total Scam! who's the parent company?

Would be a zero..please don't accept rewards cards from these people..absolutely horrible service ( by design) out 400 bucks with cards that supposedly expired but I just got 3 months ago..mo real way to contact them. Live chat doesn't exist phone directs u to website .

This company is absolutely horrible... I don't know how they are still operating like they do. I received $150 giftcard that I decided to not spend right now, and save for a special occasion. But 6 months later I realized the prepaid visa expired... I don't know how that is even legal. On the back of the card is says there is a $2.95 monthly maintenance fee post expiry, so I should still have the majority of the funds given its only been expired a fee months. However the card doesn't work, and when I contact the customer service they refused to reissue a card with the remaining balance.. such a scam!!!!

You people suck. You stole $2 from me right off the bat when I tried to activate my card.

Thanks to prior postings, my experience was a breeze. I followed the reviewer’s advice and DID NOT “activate” the card. When I checked out at a regional grocery store, I swiped the card, selected “credit” (didn’t enter a PIN), and pressed enter. The value of the card ($15) was deducted from my bill and I paid the balance with my debit card. Easy peezy.

This is a big time scam. DO NOT CREATE AN ACCOUNT. DO NOT CALL. THROW THIS MAILER AWAY!!! They get your info and spam every credit site with your info to use your security question to hijack your accounts.

Apparently a scam company taking money from somebody. The site doesn't work. when you sign up you still can't log in even after you verify your account and email address etc because it says your user name and email address don't exist.

The worst service by a credit/debit card provider that I have ever received! Any service I paid for using the card was constantly declined by the bank.

This is pretty close to fall under the credit Card Act. I submitted my complaint to BBB where they did a great job getting my money back.
To login into the account to check the balance, this looks like a scam where someone is copying your info. I tried to sue because this doesn’t look legit.

Both the website and the so-called support team of prepaidcardstatus.com are completely dysfunctional. They system is full of bugs not only resulting in repeated failures for card usage but also exposing their customers to identity theft as they demanded unnecessary highly sensitive personal information in order to use their issued card. I tried numerous times to resolve the issue via their so-called support team. Despite me meticulously submitting detailed documents with full details of the issue, every single customer service representative I talked to clueless, non-responsive and utterly incompetent. It's only a matter of time when this company's system will be hacked and all customer sensitive information will be stolen!

Absolute WASTE OF TIME. A professional scam to steal your money. Don't bother with the internet or their customer service as it's absolutely useless. I really don't understand how this company isn't prosecuted

This is a warning to all not to make a mistake I did by trusting my money with Prepaiddigitalsolutions.com scammers (also known as Onbe.com and Prepaidcardstatus.com according to their terms and conditions).

I had nothing but issues with them from the start. Redeeming my gift card from Sendoso.com became a nightmare. I have no idea if they own that too (if not - why would anyone partner up with this company is beyond me).

Lets start with the beginning.

Their virtual Mastercard is good for nothing, as most of services I've tried paying with it - declined it.

As for a physical card - I was waiting for 3 months to receive it. They claim they have shipped it with postal service, that according to them, should take 30 BUSSINESS days to deliver a single card. THATS INSANE! I get my parcels from China faster then that!

On top of that they failed to provide any evidence they actually shipped it, or guaranty you'll receive it (no tracking number was provided or anything).

Their Customer "support" provided no solutions - apparently they can not refund my money back to bank account, because my Mastercard "doesn't allow that". And when I asked about card replacement, they issued it and told me to wait for 30 more BUSSNESS days... So in total, I could not use my funds for almost 6 months!

Their customer support is worthless as the company they work for - no solutions offered, rude and respond only when you start loosing your patience completely...

Last incident - I can no longer even log in to my account, because I no longer receive their verification codes my email. And since their online "support" is available ONLY when you log in - there is NO WAY FOR ME TO GET ANY ASSISTENCE!

Sent them multiple emails, but only get bot like templated responses. Eventually they stopped replying with them as well.

I no longer expect to regain access to my account & my money... I have no idea who regulates their "service", as otherwise I would file a formal complaint or involve legal actions.

AVOID THEM AT ANY COST!

Went to the site, can't find how to register card. Called the salesman who does not know anything about such a company policy. Clearly seems like a scam be Lenox or on their behalf.

Seem very scammy. Will try to report to the authorities. DON'T PUT YOUR VISA CARD NUMBER ON THERE!
It will sign you up to various scam site and take your balance.

I got $50 in January 2022 and the card expired in August 2022. I lost my $50 and could not use it. Very sad seeing hard earned money lost. I fell for MIAMI SUNSET CRUISE scam. They invited us saying we have won some gift and then took $50 cash as a guarantee. Then they have us this $50 card in return which expired SO FAST.

Their website does not work to check the card status. It just gives an error "we're working on fixing it"
