I wish I could give it zero stars. Dreadful. Absolutely appalling. I made the mistake of buying E20 call credit for my son on the site. Within days of this purchase another E50 was... See more

This website is a fraud PROFESSIONAL.
They surely play with the recharges you made one time with a hidden subscription applied. ( They can surely change the website and make sure that nobody goes with their subscription plan but they wont) .
I called the customer care when they tried to charge me the next month and they were not sorry and they did not make any refund request.
Even their website has an issue in the subscription button on the website that it doesnt work.

Fraudulent and doggy firm - Strictly Avoid
Fraudulent and doggy firm. They employ a very clever scam site which recently caused me a loss of £49. Thankfully my card issuer is dealing with it.
Their operation modus is that you pay £0.10 or so less than is typical for a mobile top up and when at checkout with no prior mentioning or seeking your consent, you agree to their T&Cs that includes £49 premium monthly recurring subscription entitling you to more discounts. No welcome note or subsciption email get's sent out so you won't know until you see a charge of £49 after 3 days on your original transaction. Then they claim that we offer a free 3 days windows but by which time, you are out of the free cancel period. Worse is they even hold your card details and automcaticlly charge you even if you refuse not to allow them to hold your card details which is a clear viloation of PCI DSS security standards. Avoid this firm based in Cryprus except if you want to save 10p or 25p by paying £49 per month!!

SCAM ALERT : Deceptive "Top-Up" trap
This site is a predatory subscription trap. I went for a simple £5 mobile top up, but they secretly enrolled me for £49 per month membership.
The page is designed to decieve : the "Start Top-Up" button is at the top with no price disclosure. They hide the massive monthly fees at the very bottom of the page under a sunscription link where you won't see them.
They have taken £98 from me and refused a refund. They use "dark patterns"to trick users.
"AVOID AT ALL COSTS".

£49 monthly charge added after £5 top up
Purchased a £13.50 Nokia Vodafone mobile phone from Argos and used the included Vodafone SIM and topped up £5 for our children to use.
Then received a £49 charge from this company! Completely fraudulent and have no idea how it's legal. If it's hidden in the Vodafone T&Cs on their SIM then shame on them too. Have cancelled the automatic recurring payment of £49 this compsny had setup and am now going about getting a refund.

Been charged £49 for 5 months of ‘subscription’ that I never took out.
Have called them up and ‘cancelled’ my phantom subscription but won’t refund my previous payments. Challenging through credit card now.

Shameful fraudsters
Shameful scammers, they took money off me for a top up and claim that I signed up for a subscription! Why would any person that uses pay as you go on their mobile want to or choose to sign up for a subscription ? Especially when there were no agreements signed during the top up. Absolutely livid with their attitude to offer me a 20% refund on a payment they should never have taken from my card after a top up in the first place!

Hi beware
Hi beware, do not purchase any mobile top up from this website , otherwise you will be charged on top other 49 euros for a subscription you never subscribe to , once you purchase a mobile useless top up, the have your bank information to get paid one more time which is 49 Euros , and money gone , they are scammers , and should be reported to the police , which I will
