BEWARE! This is a scam ‘hidden subscription’ site - not an authentic top-up service.
This subscription service gets you NOTHING just discounts!!
They will sign you up for a subscription service without you knowing. I called customer service, and they said that as soon as you make a purchase, you are automatically subscribed, and that all the information is clearly on the website. I looked on the website, and no such thing is stated. When I called customer service, I was told by someone else that this isn't the case? So their team are just making stuff up, they all sounded demoralised. It must be difficult spending your day making stuff up for a dodgy company.

I bought a £20.00 mobile top up for my husband thinking I was on the Tesco Mobile site while he was visiting the UK and suddenly two weeks later another £50.00 was taken from my bank. Read reviews - it happens to scores of people.
Beware of inadvertently signing up for unauthorised or hidden subscriptions from this company. I tried getting a refund but although agreeing to cancel my subscription so far I have been unsuccessful.
Reported to the authorities for corrupt practices.
Such a shame - why not run an honest business instead of just screwing people over for a living?

Thank you for your reply. You already have my details. I sent them to you when I requested a refund and you denied it.
You have charged me, without asking, for another £50.00 ‘top up’ that I still have not received. If we ever receive a genuine top up voucher from you I will of course amend this review.
Until then you have £50.00 of my money that I either want a top up voucher for, or a refund.

Total scam, please be so careful when topping up, topped up with Vodafone Spain 15€ 5 days later was charged 49€ from prepaid mobile and again 49€ a month later, when I got in touch with prepaid mobile and asked why I was been charged this fee, they said I subscribed to there offers, which I didn’t, when asked how they got my card details and would they show me proof I subscribed to there offer, nothing and still nothing, so please be careful,
