The shezwan fried rice did not taste nice this time and they turkey tikka was a bit undercooked for my liking.

Food is excellent, filling and delivery is timely.

I do not recommend this website.

You receive your meals without any guidance. No meal plan, nothing.
The food is definitely not tasty but the quantities are ok.

I found out that was 4 meals are expired so won’t be able to eat them.
I apparently had to guess that I had to put them in the freezer as it cane without any explanation.
Disappointing. Won’t be ordering again.

Taste great portion size not bad, but order meal for 5 days and a shame to find out all food expires after the 3rd day, what’s the point?

Fantastic company and gorgeous tasty food.

Great tasting food with simple natural ingredients. A lovely friendly company too. The only thing I would say is that I am not convinced the calorie content is right for their meal plans. The build muscle plan for example contains 1000 cal per day across two meals. Assuming 350c for breakfast that's still a deficit of about 700 cal on a Conservative estimate of calorie intake needs - and someone building muscle would need much more.

Love the food selections here ... have really helped me stay in track with losing weight with minimal effort

Good tasting food when we needed the meals prepared in difficult circumstances.

Food is as tasty as this can be considering it is healthy. Preparation is of course easy and the storage is efficient, package allow me to store a good number of them on the freeze

In this time of crisis they are being absolute heroes!

The only downfall is not being able to send the plastic containers back for them to re-use for my future orders.

Some meals nice, others disappointing.
Unclear that they were all microwave. But good delivery and can all be frozen.

Blown away by the quality of the product. They have a pretty good range, and the meals are nutritious and tasty - really can't fault them.

I decided to try prep perfect for a second time, and i am very pleased with the service. The meals are absolutely delicious and so fresh. There is so much variety too, i tried a few different meals, and all of great quality and great portion size. I went with the weight loss package, and ordered some other meals too, perfect portion size. I also really like the packaging, i have been able to reuse the tubs. I will definitely be ordering again.

I’m currently starting week 3 of the 4week weight loss plan and couldn’t be more happy! The halloumi dishes are out of this world along with the brownies and cheesecake. So so tasty!! I’ve sometimes added some salad leaves to some dishes when I was slightly more hungry and needed some more food. Would defo recommend!!

I ordered 10 meals and had them delivered on February 29. They expired on March 3. I had to bin so many meals!!

Food is good but the environmental impact of all the packaging must be terrible- I can see it’s necessary but wish there was a returns policy for all the containers etc

This was my first time ordering from Prep Perfect and initially I was skeptical in regards to the food quality. Genuinely, I’m SO impressed - the choice of meals you have is amazing, it means I’m getting a nice variety of meals. I lead a busy lifestyle and I’m in the process of losing weight so Prep Perfect really is perfect for me; saving me time and keeping the process of weight loss simple. The food quality is sensational, I feel like I’m coming home to a freshly home cooked meal each evening. The quality of the meat, fish and vegetables is apparent. I currently opt for the ‘no carbs’ plan and select the 7 day meal option but only use the meals for dinner so it’s really cost effective as this lasts me for 14 days! My only regret is that I didn’t order from Prep Perfect sooner! Delivery was brilliant and all items are packaged well. I’m so impressed .... Looking forward to ordering my next box.
