The best present ever!! My dad 85, was so happy and excited about this present.

I made the order the day before his birthday, as I had forgotten, and a lovely basket, with all the beautiful goodies, was delivered the very next day, on his birthday on the complete right time for a birthday present to arrive, and it was a Sunday.
I got top brownie points for the first time ever, for sending this present. Thank you! 🙂✨

Second time we've used Prestige Hampers and we have been delighted with their product, presentation and very fast delivery, both times.
On the second occasion, we placed an order (from Australia), for a chocolate hamper, for my parent's 70th wedding anniversary, the day before. The order was delivered, on time, the very next day. My parents were delighted with the product and the presentation.
Very highly recommended for quality products, presentation and rapid on-time delivery.

Looking for a gift hamper for family member birthday in UK. The range of hampers across different suppliers varies considerably, many are very old fashoined looking and the inclusion of wicker baskets or excessive packaging to cover up the fact that the actual contents are mean and cheap make the buying experience a nightmare when also doing that online. So, looking at Prestige options they looked to be better than some. The response from my family member was very positive when the hamper arrived. The post was on time and not too costly with alerts and updates on its ETA. On the whole I will be looking at Prestige again next time :)

Ordered. Perishable goods hamper for 2nd May,paid extra for specific date with details to leave in safe space. No message was passed to courier. Order was not delivered and now I'm £50 out of pocket, spoke to the company via email who will not accept responsibility. Under the consumer act 2015, I have a contract with prestige hampers which was not fulfilled. They are blaming the courier company, royal mail... who said the item was sent in normal post ( should have been refrigerated) Now no goods and refusal of liability. DO NOT USE. Terrible service and terrible customer service. Now having to go through my bank to retrieve payment. Absolute disgrace.

Speedy delivery and recipient very happy with products I hamper

I want to thank you very much for putting together this hamper with thought and care. This was a special gift for my grandad who had come out of hospital and put a smile on his face. I really appreciate that the clotted cream was also put in together with an ice pack to keep it cold. Really amazing hamper for such a low price.

But billing address is wrong

Ordered a birthday hamper from Prestige Hampers for delivery on a specific date. It arrived a day late. (Order #9647663 in case they're reading this!)

Royal Mail tracking shows they only received the parcel at 3:20pm on the delivery day, so it was never going to arrive on time — this was a dispatch failure, not a courier issue.

Customer service has been very poor. Repeated template replies about “remote locations” (this was mainland Scotland) and an offer of account credit instead of refunding the delivery charge.

I paid for delivery on a specific date and didn’t receive that service. Now raised as a formal complaint.

Very disappointing experience and I won't use them again.
