Ordered a birthday hamper from Prestige Hampers for delivery on a specific date. It arrived a day late. (Order #9647663 in case they're reading this!)
Royal Mail tracking shows they only received the parcel at 3:20pm on the delivery day, so it was never going to arrive on time — this was a dispatch failure, not a courier issue.
Customer service has been very poor. Repeated template replies about “remote locations” (this was mainland Scotland) and an offer of account credit instead of refunding the delivery charge.
I paid for delivery on a specific date and didn’t receive that service. Now raised as a formal complaint.
Very disappointing experience and I won't use them again.

I have called Prestiage Hampers many times since December, even called yesterday again and you have never tried to help ONCE,, you just tell me it’s not your problem, call Royal Mail. you can never speak with anyone at Royal Mail! The parcel that went missing was worth over £150.. absolute joke this firm, they are not bothered at all.. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE MONEY

I wouldn’t even give them )) it a star absolutely a fraudulent company.
Agreed to replace a hamper that I chose after scrolling through for ages since the one i chose was delivered at a wrong address because one digit was incorrect yet it was not redirected to the correct address. I had several packages that were delivered by amazon without any issues with the same one incorrect digit of the post code. Agreed to deliver a hamper I choose wasting my time for my dad as a replacement because they will not refund you and today a day before the delivery they have decided they they will not deliver tomorrow! I have bought nothing for my dad’s 93 birthday and didn’t have time to browse through the internet again. Do not waste your money on this company cheap products which my son and I were utterly shocked at how expensive the product was compared with the package it was tiny for £50 . I will be pursuing this further in court because they are fraudulent and as a lawyer we are taught to make right the wrong and my son who is a renowned barrister is simply disgusted with this company who has negative reviews and believes it should be liquidated. That will be the aim . One digit in a postcode doesn’t matter because it was delivered to a house on a different road not in a flat either. I ordered 3 other orders from a more reputable company with the same address and postcode and they were all delivered which evidence I have submitted to them. Re directing a lost order is their responsibility solely with their courier with whom they have a contract. Accepting someone else’s parcel with a different name is theft and they are also responsible to redirect the package through the courier.

If there was an option for zero, Id choose it. I ordered a hamper in late December for my daughter and her partner who live in Romford. I'm in Scotland. Placed the order, my address autofills, put in the Romford postcode but it didn't come up with my daughter's address so I input it manually. Submitted the order for the hamper which cost £100. Checked next day and saw the address the hamper was being sent to was mine in Scotland but with the Romford postcode. Phoned Prestige to advise to be met with an automated message advising of opening times and that the office was now closed, despite my phoning during office hours. Emailed my issue and was responded to quickly with a copy of the terms and conditions of the company and that there was nothing they could do as I'd input the delivery address wrongly. Tried to explain that I had put in the correct address but that their system had merged mine and the delivery address. Emails went back and forth but no responsibility was taken, the tracking number was not recognised either. Hamper, to this day has never arrived. £100 paid for literally nothing. I would not recommend Prestige Hampers.

My brother ordered this from the USA to me in the UK. When I looked on site it had been reduced by £10 but it still wasn't worth it. I could have got better products in Lidl supermarket. It was £24.99 and I had to pay £5.99 postage. It had 3 biscuits (cookies), a cake the size of a blueberry muffin, some fudge and a thin birthday cake candle. There was no nice wrapping. Not worth it at all. Very disappointed.

Ellie and Amelia at the help desk answered my queries and relied without delay. They were very efficient.
My Hamper reached its destination.

The hampers have always been lovely, I have been ordering for a few years. I had an issue this year with an order and it was sorted out quickly and professionally. Can recommend.

I live in Canada and I ordered my daughter who lives in London the ‘Love cheese and wine’ basket (order #9443403) . There was an initial problem with the delivery but Megan B was very quick in resolving the issue. The basket arrived today and my daughter says it’s fabulous! Highly recommend this company!

Buyer Beware.
I am working abroad and have always used Interflora in the past. They are slightly more money but the flowers are deliverd on time (always) via there delivery service.
I sent my mother in the UK birthday flowers with the expense of a 24hr tracked Royal Mail delivery.
Royal Mail (as usual) sent the package to the wrong sorting office (not Prestige fault) and when they finally turned up they were clinging to life. We opened a ticket to see if a part credit could be obtained from Prestige and recieved this back from them.
"While we strive to deliver orders on the specified date, we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery date due to the involvement of third-party courier services.
It is important to note that by making a purchase from Prestige Gifting, you are not entering into a contract that guarantees a specific delivery time frame."
I dont know what a 24hr guarantee means then and the website should say in large letters "We cannot guarantee the delivery"
Back to good old interflora.

I thought I would treat a friend to a hamper for Christmas, NOT only was it NOT delivered on my chosen date/ day, it was NOT kept refrigerated as stipulated on the box. This was the first time I used this lot and I can HONESTLY say NEVER AGAIN, between them and Royal Mail my only thoughts and feelings are YOU NEVER KEPT TO YOUR WORD 😤

Ellie at the Prestige Hampers office. She went out of her way to resolve the fact that the Christmas hamper I ordered was not delivered and was returned to the deliverers. As the friends to whom the hamper was gifted are now abroad, I had the opportunity to gift the hamper to someone else who had helped my family in a special way. I ordered the afternoon tea hamper and heard from my daughter, who lives next door to the recipient of this hamper, that she was really touched by the gift and excited to engage with it. Ellie really helped me to decide to use the refund from the first hamper. I am pleased I followed her advice as, in the end, I made a very special elderly lady very happy indeed. Ellie, you are a treasure. Thank you.

Excellent Firm to use- simple and easy to choose item and despatch. Simple straight website that has excellent pictures of the various items with superb descriptions. Cards available and also you can choose the date of delivery. My recipients are always impressed.

Hampers for THE occasion.
I've ordered a couple of luxury hamper a couple of years ago, all went well that's why I kept coming back.
The hamper choices are extensive and the ordering process is simple.
The last order with 2 Christmas hampers coming to the same address (my relatives live close by to each other) one came beautifully earlier than expected and the other (the bigger one) came later and in a devastating condition.
And that was supposed to be the superb cake with cherry on top (insert pouting emoji here). Totally disappointed, what's one gotta do in the middle of a long Christmas New Year holiday. Sent a message with all pictures and video where all the bottles were broken, snacks were smashed open and wet, as the plastic around it didn't do anything. I didn't realized until after new year when we're back home that my message was promptly replied, offering to resend the hamper again. As soon as I read the message and got in touch, the hamper was delivered the next day in great condition. They always say good service is not only when everything is working out, it shows true colors when things doesn't work. The follow up and problem solving was great. Georgia (and her manager) handled it well. I'm happy, my relatives are happy - everybody wins. Definitely the hamper company to recommend.

This is the second time delivery has been late, which is critical when sending birthday greetings, etc. They delivered on the third day, and the bouquet on the website was different from what was delivered. See the photo below. Overall, I do not recommend this company.

Really disappointed at the quality of flowers delivered for a colleagues birthday. The picture made them look full, beautiful and fresh but the actual bunch was very small with the roses looking at the end of life.
Emailed them today, before doing this review, to give them chance to rectify but was told they are fine.
just a warning to anyone checking the reviews that you don't get what is advertised and you'll be very disappointed in the quality and they will not care and imply you are wrong
