I was unsure on when my order would arrive, so I sent an email, the reply was quick, professional, and got to the point. They told me when it should arrive by the latest. Very impressed with the customer service!

Just an update! I finished my bag of Presto coffee bags and reverted back to my old coffee bag manufacturer that I had left over. No frothy head on the drink and I had to do a COVID test because I though I had lost my taste!
Placing a re-order of Presto now! Will not go back again.

An excellent choice of wonderful coffees catering for those that prefer mild, to those like myself that appreciate a fuller flavour. The beans are full of flavour and come packaged in recycled material which is refreshing, on both counts! The service is polite, friendly, professional and efficient - delivery times are now even quicker. A fabulous all round service which is fairly priced when compared with others.

I ordered my coffee ten days ago, with supposed delivery of 48 hours. Still waiting for my delivery. 3 days ago I was in contact by email with Presto Coffee, and said they would deliver it that day or the day after. That didn't happen either. And I can't even claim a refund
