They listened carefully to our ideas, and Matt’s CAD designs perfectly reflected everything we had discussed. The process from ordering through to fitting and aftercare has been smooth, professional, and extremely well-communicated. The finished kitchen is absolutely beautiful and exactly what we wanted. We are extremely happy with the kitchen we have purchased from Preston’s kitchens. From our first visit to the Leeds showroom to sitting and discussing our ideas with them, to then receiving Matts wonderful CAD designs, taking into account everything we had discussed. The showroom has some beautiful kitchens on display and the design team are welcoming and very helpful. In particular Matt worked with us closely and really accepted the design brief. We were never rushed and had a few appointments when Matt would tweak the design until we finally decided on what we wanted. He was inspirational. Huge thanks to Natalie who kept us informed every step of the way.

The kitchen speaks for itself amazing quality but the fitting team were amazing!!! Can’t praise them enough Oliver’s guys were outstanding, professional friendly super super guys would highly recommend 1st class 😊

We are absolutely thrilled with our new kitchen and utility. The design is functional, stylish and unique. The quality of the units is superb. Mark really listened to what we wanted and brought it in within budget. If you’re looking for a top notch kitchen you should definitely drop into the showroom and have a look for yourself.

We've just purchased a kitchen from Prestons on Leeds Road Huddersfield and couldn't believe the process they went through, the options that were available and all options were in the budget agreed at the start of the meeting, there was no hard sell, or options outside our budget, Luke always listened to our views and concerns. Everything Luke said that would happen, happened, within the timeframe mentioned and the fitters were brilliant too. Great experience all round and would highly recommend Prestons to anyone.

Preston’s sell high end, high cost German kitchens. The cost is high because the installation led to a multitude of problems and delays. Worktop was damaged. Preston’s installed it anyway and it was only after we had highlighted the problem that they sorted it out. The wrong hob was installed. The wrong plans were given to us which meant the Elica hob didn’t vent out of the house despite us paying hundreds for builders to fit this. Elica engineer came out after a lot of grumbling to Preston’s and the Elica engineer said we been given the wrong advice by Preston’s as the room was too large for the recirculation hob. No apologies or replacement offered.
Lots of poor fitting doors and aftercare are inexperienced, ordering wrong parts twice and then waiting weeks for them to come, further delays by availability of fitters.
Designer Natalie is cagey about cost analysis and breakdown. She said she had allowed us a budget for a tap in our final quote. Only afterwards that we agreed sale did we find out the tap budget was £250! What good is that after being demonstrated Quooker taps! I found this highly dishonest. Same with the Elica hob, shown one model only to get another version on delivery. We are disappointed with Preston’s. The aftercare really needs investigating, as staff don’t know what they are doing, it makes customers lose confidence and furthermore have kitchens that are still outstanding parts 3 months after install and longer for faults.
We got no where in terms of compensation for the Elica hob sold to us as top class and doesn’t work efficiently costing us over £1000 extra in building works. I advice people considering Preston’s be aware of all these issues. Our install was £35k.

Preston’s are pushy on the big sales, top end appliances such as the Elica hob, only to find we were charged 2k for a product that is no longer stocked. We got a different product to what was demonstrated in the showroom. This was the first red flag. After install, there were several damages and ill fitting issues, whilst they were resolved at first, it was always with a lot of back and forth, stress and battle. It was April 2025 which was 4 months after install until snagging completed. We complained about the Elica hob being a different model and got nowhere. After care staff are inexperienced and rude in my experience. We were reaching the 12 month mark since install and stuff started to drop to bits. Doors misaligned and leading to damage, appliance fixings were breaking and Preston’s after care wanted to charge us £90 call out fee for a replacement damaged part even though still in warranty under 12 months. We are now very disappointed with our £33k kitchen and want to warn other people making big purchases there are most likely better companies out there. The pushy sales and the after care were the worst I have ever experienced.
We have put all of our complaints in writing since the start of the pushy sales of the Elica, waiting 4 months for plinths to be fixed and more… I guess there is a point where you have to consider pursuing compensation for this kind of irresponsibility with 33k of peoples money and is sadly where our journey is ending.

When we next have a kitchen, it won’t be with Preston’s!

Top Tip! If they start pushing Elica hobs, run for the hills! Sadly ours has never worked properly owing to Preston’s designer putting wrong info on plan. We also received the wrong colour and a different model. Again we received no compensation! I don’t know how they get away with it.

We have just had our kitchen installed from the Romiley branch. From dealing with Chris who designed the kitchen to the fitters I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. They are professional and brilliant at what they do. In this day and age it’s hard to come by a company who do what they say. You won’t regret buying a kitchen from them. Thank you and you deserve 10 stars!

From first setting foot in their magnificent showroom in Leeds the service has been fabulous! Beautiful kitchen choices, worktops and appliances. Matt and Natalie as designers are so well informed and Matt’s plans have now come to fruition, delivering a beautiful dream kitchen. Any bumps in the road were ironed out and sorted quickly. Would highly recommend to anyone!

From beginning to end, the whole process was great. There was no hard sell, Matthew came up with a fantastic design. We looked at a few different designs and products with other companies before finally making our decision. The kitchen is in and we love it

We have had our new kitchen 4 weeks now, and love it,from our first visit to the Huddersfield show room every thing went smoothly. Luke had done 5/6 designs for us to look at all within the budget we set, we were kept update all though out the process. The fitter that then fitted our kitchen was brilliant

We had our new kitchen installed by Prestons Kitchens earlier this summer and the whole experience was fantastic. From our first meeting everything was easy and relaxed, they really listened to how we use the space and designed a layout that has completely transformed our kitchen.
What we loved most was the service. There was absolutely no heavy-sales push; it genuinely felt like a team who cared about us and our home, not just the sale. They even advised us not to add wall units we didn’t actually need, units that would have ruined the aesthetic and cost us extra. Now the kitchen’s in, we’re so glad they recommended against it: we enjoy the extra space and improved natural light instead.
They guided us through colours, finishes and helped match everything to the LVT flooring we’d chosen, giving a warm feel throughout the space. From start to finish the process was smooth: they came to measure, got the design perfect, installed on time, and we didn’t experience one mistake or wrong item (which we knew could happen, so that was a real plus).
We had a strict budget and they worked with us perfectly, even taking advantage of a cashback appliance offer to stretch our money further. If we moved and needed another kitchen, we would go back to Prestons without hesitation. Big thanks to Mark, Paul, Elliot, Matt and the whole team for making this such a positive experience.

We had a new kitchen designed and delivered from Prestons. We liked the style choices they had on offer and the build quality is impressive. They went above and beyond to work to our needs - especially with things like scheduling/re-scheduling the delivery, and were always only a phone call away.
The aftercare team have been great in sourcing some extra parts when installation (by a third party, not connected with Prestons) was a shambles - but Prestons have worked with us to resolve any issues by re-supplying some small parts on site.
Their kitchen prices are in the mid-range; they're not the cheapest on the market, but the build quality and delivery as fully built units is very impressive.

Excellent service, fitted very well, would recommend for anyone wanting a good quality kitchen with good customer service from Chris at the Stockport branch.

We found Prestons Kitchens by chance inside the Express Bifolds showroom in Leeds (they’re independent, not part of that group). The displays stopped us in our tracks—stunning—so stunning we assumed they’d be miles over our budget. Charlie asked what we hoped to spend (£12–15k on a sizeable kitchen) and, rather than steering us away, simply said: “Come and meet a designer; we’ll measure up so we’re working with facts.”

A week later we sat down with Luke. Five (yes, five) thoughtful designs on the table. No “Where do you want the bins?” interrogation—just clear, professional reasoning for every choice. The hardest part was choosing between great options. Luke isn’t a salesman; he’s a designer—calm, consultative, and brilliant at explaining trade-offs.

We picked a direction and then tweaked it four times. Each time, Luke explained what might not work and why, kept us on brief, and—crucially—kept us on budget. Installation costs were sensible, the fitters clearly cared about their craft, and the whole experience felt… respectful. When minor snags cropped up (as they do), their Aftercare Team handled everything promptly without chasing from us.

We also hit a hiccup with a NEFF cashback (not Prestons’ fault). They still rang their NEFF rep and came back to us within 3–4 hours with an update. That level of ownership says everything.

Honestly, I now want to tear the kitchen out and do it all again just for the experience (my wife strongly vetoed this). If you’re in Leeds and want design-led results without the “showroom premium” attitude, talk to Prestons Kitchens—and ask for Luke. Guru. Superstar. Kitchen whisperer. And of course, Thank you to Charlie for that initial contact and Natalie for those colour swatches!

Our journey with Prestons Kitchens was as easy and stress-free as possible. Dal took all our requirements into consideration and designed a kitchen layout that maximised space while also being aesthetically pleasing. He was a pleasure to work with, offering practical compromises and clear solutions throughout the planning process.

Dal's knowledge of kitchen design—from the initial planning stage to the final installation—was exceptional and communicated with clarity. Everything was delivered to a very high standard.

We were given simple, step-by-step instructions on how the kitchen would be installed what we needed to prepair, and the organisation behind the entire process was impeccable. The payment structure was clear, with no hidden charges, and made in easy-to-understand instalments.

Once the kitchen was installed, the few minor issues that arose were resolved without fuss.

Prestons Kitchens have just completed a kitchen/ diner conversion for us. Really positive experience and end result. The design that Dal came up with made best use of the space available to us and two other companies we had discussions with didn't spot the design option that has proved so effective. Also really impressed with Val the kitchen installer and builder - great job done in all respects. Also the electricians and floor installer who were involved based on Dal's recommendation were top notch. The price for the kitchen/ diner and all the considerable work carried out was also competitive. Couldn't be happier with the outcome!
