Positive experience throughout, even nearly 2 years after purchasing a kitchen from Preston’s in Huddersfield and being out of warranty. Couldn’t recommend them enough

We went to Preston’s after being unhappy with the design ideas from other kitchen companies.
We spoke with Mark who was great and gave us so many fresh ideas and inspiration for our new kitchen. The design process and experience in the showroom was exceptional. We felt really comfortable and were welcomed into a great space, there were so many lovely kitchens on show.
We couldn’t fault the design process and were assisted by Mark and Katy to make choices which sometimes we changed, but nothing was too much trouble for them.
We are over the moon with our new kitchen and the quality finish, the experience has been great overall.

Recommended to go to Preston’s & check the kitchens in the showroom out. Met Katie who was friendly & helpful, no pressurised selling at all. Came home with a brochure. Had a Follow up call, booked a design appointment, member of the team came out to measure take photos. Met Mark the designer/ Owner who showed us 4 different designs we were blown away. Mark was so helpful nothing was too much trouble. We were sold at that appointment. came back to finalise & change a few things, order was placed, date booked. The whole process was efficient.
Oliver from the project company took care of all the workmen. From start to finish I cannot praise this company enough all the team were very professional including all the workmen no hitches, or problems we really are amazed with the final finish pure quality & value for money.
We honestly can’t believe we are in our new kitchen!!!
Don’t waste your time going anywhere else.
We wouldn’t trust anyone else to carry out such a big job! The whole Team all fantastic!
Price very competitive get a quote you will be pleasantly surprised & don’t cut corners with your own workmen let Oliver from the project team manage it for you. Fantastic & all very experienced.

We were originally going to go with another company but after meeting with Chris on a visit to Prestons Romiley, felt they were best placed to help us achieve the outcome we wanted. This proved to be a very good decision on our part.
We already had a well developed design but Chris helped with some further suggestions and some amendments as our kitchen extension build progressed.
The timescales around delivery and fitting were clearly laid out and there was good communication throughout the process. When a couple of items were delivered damaged,they were reordered without any quibble or fuss.
The fitting team of Marc and Joel did a great job, adapting and problem solving where any issues arose and talking us through any decisions we needed to make during the fitting. The result is for us a great outcome getting the kitchen we hoped for.
Would happily recommend to anyone wanting a good quality kitchen at decent price.

Went to go ask about a kitchen today at the showroom at Huddersfield got told there too busy there’s a lead time of at least 10 weeks and to go to b n q or wren kitchens or somewhere else that sells them never asked me anything else what a shocking experience after driving all the way from Leeds will never recommend these terrible

We visited the Leeds showroom and literally loved 80% of prestons kitchens

I said to the wife there's no way we could afford one these kitchens

Being a builder and looking at Wrens and Howdens we decided to have another look at Prestons but this time we tried the Huddersfield branch

Personally I prefer the smaller one on one experience , we was booked in for an appointment with Mark to talk things through, and look at designs

It turned out Mark is the MD and we have to say his ideas and knowledge is first class

Sit in his office and in seconds your design is up on a big screen , things can be changed and amended in seconds

It took 4 or so visits and looking at renditions before we had our ideal dream kitchen

Nothing was too much of an effort for Mark, next a site survey was booked in and a date nailed down for fitting

I stripped out the old kitchen and was ready for installation ... the time from order to fitting was approximately 8 weeks

Ours was a medium size install and took almost a week to complete

The installation team and AfterCare have been great also

The product itself is quality German as to be expected... the Germans take their kitchen with them when they move houses and I can see why

Compared to Howdens and Wrens the cost is slightly more but not scarily , but the end product from start to finish has been superb

Would I buy again, Yes definitely...

We received our kitchen in January 2024. We love our kitchen and the quality is great. We loved all of the designs by Elliot and they stood out massively compared to competitors ideas. We’re so happy with how it turned out and it’s far better than we first planned. The Aftercare has been great too.

So happy with our kitchen fron Prestons, Romiley. From the design stage to the actual fitting, the service was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble for Chris and the fitters did a great job and were happy to pop back if I needed them to.
Can't recommend them enough.

From the design in the Romiley showroom with Chris, through to the install with Marc. It was a truely seamless and e joyable experience and that praise for me isnt easily come by.

The guys were really helpfull, providing excellent advice and guidance, The quality of the units and installation were top notch. Tradesman that consult, turn up on. Time and and care about their work and put you first is very rare. Even working around multiple contractors Marc and his guys just delivered. Not thats all fitted we are in the process of order again for another of the rooms and that says it all.

A family member recommended Prestons Kitchens and in all honesty, it's the best recommendation of anything we've ever had. From start to finish, the process of arranging our initial appointment, bringing our ideas to life, creating the dream kitchen and getting everything ordered and delivered has been seamless. Prestons are extremely organised and meticulous and they've been on point with absolutely everything.
The kitchen is everything we could of wanted and more and is literally perfect!

We recently had some renovation work done and needed a new kitchen. After looking at a few of the well known kitchen retailers and not being overly impressed, we called in at Preston’s Huddersfield on the off chance.

I can not stress enough how glad we are. At the initial look around, Katy was brilliant and really took the time to listen to what we wanted. The customer service has been wonderful from start to finish.

Mark provided us with a brilliant design that is so unique and much better than anything else I’d ever seen. The technology they used to render the kitchen design was great and they could even make better building suggestions than our architect. I wish we’d gone to Preston’s initially before consulting with an architect.

As I can be quite particular, I made lots of follow up design appointments and no one made me feel annoying or neurotic (even though I was!) when I wanted to try out different tap colours or handle designs. This was the biggest purchase after our home, that we will probably ever make and I felt that Preston’s really respected that and took the time and care to get it right.

The kitchen itself is fabulous. The design really works for us and it looks stunning. The quality is also a million times better than anything I’ve seen in other retailers. The price was therefore incredibly reasonable for both the product and the customer service. The fitting process was smooth and Charlie at the after care team was great at resolving any minor issues we had. Nothing was too much trouble.

I would use Preston’s again in a heartbeat and can not recommend them enough. Thank you to the whole team for helping us to create a wonderful family space that is both beautiful and functional. We will love this space for years to come.

We were very pleased with the kitchen design that Dal produced. The fitter was a very hard working man doing everything including the electrics and plumbing. The kitchen looks very nice and we are very happy with it. T & D Wilson.

This was my best experience of 4 new kitchen installations I’ve had over the last few years. Chris at Romiley had some great design ideas to fit the space available. The project and fitting team (Marc, Joel and Jay) did a brilliant job fitting the kitchen and overcoming the underlying issues found when removing the old kitchen.
I was especially pleased that everything was thought about and included at the design stage, unlike other companies I have used who have missed details in the design or failed to take responsibility to complete the full specification.
Overall I am very happy with the whole service, quick turnaround and experience. I highly recommended the Romiley team.

Our experience from start to finish was excellent. Mark and his team in Huddersfield and Leeds provided guidance and potential design options. Oliver and his team of fitters were exceptional throughout. They were extremely skilled professionals providing a quality fitting service. We would highly Prestons for quality products and their professional service.

We purchased our kitchen from the Preston branch. From start to finish Dal has been fantastic giving lots of attention to details for things we hadn't thought about. This was something clearly lacked at other kitchen suppliers we had visited. He understood our vision and made it come to life and was clearly knowledgeable about the product he was designing. We also had fitting done via the branch at a competitive price and with an excellent finish. We are thoroughly pleased with the final result.

Amazing experience & amazing kitchen! From start to finish everything was flawless. Little minor issues which are expected with large projects were resolved within days. We highly recommend Prestons for their fantastic customer service! Beyond expectations!

I can’t recommend Prestons kitchens highly enough. We dealt with Matt in the Leeds showroom and his advice was invaluable. He challenged our decisions and made us think about how our kitchen could work best for us. Looking back, the decisions that we made because of Matt’s valuable input has proven to be correct. The after sales service has also been exceptional. The team that fitted our kitchen were so professional and efficient. All in all, our experience of buying our kitchen with Preston’s was faultless.

On my first visit to Prestons in Huddersfield, I received a warm and friendly welcome and a lovely cup of coffee, Katy who was lovely, took all my details and asked what I was looking for, these were then given to Mark and a design appointment was made. On the day of my appointment with Mark, again I received a warm and friendly welcome and another lovely coffee, Mark had already done a few designs for me to look at and I was really impressed, he had taken all my wishes into consideration, then it came to the crunch of the price (like a lot of people I had a limited budget), I was worried that this was going to be way out of my budget, but was blown away that the price was within my budget and I was more than happy to go ahead, when I left I was so happy that I was going to be able to have my dream kitchen with all integrated appliances, something I had only ever dreamed of. Everything was ordered, the aftercare team kept me up to date with delivery dates and fitting date etc, everything appeared to be well organised but at this point I was waiting to see if it would all happen the way it should. We were advised that the rip out of the old kitchen would take place on 17th February, and it did, 18th February all the appliances were delivered, 19th February all kitchen units were delivered and fitting started on 20th February, I arrived home from work on 20th and was amazed to find all the units were in place, Luke who worked so hard and for long hours had done so much in one day it was hard to believe, the next day all the appliances were put in place, and the flooring was started on the 21st, the following week the appliances were all connected and the flooring was completed and my kitchen was complete and I am blown away by the transformation. Everyone involved from the design team, the dry fitters and wet fitters all came when they were meant to come, all were polite and hard working and Luke had a real eye for detail. I can't recommend Prestons and the aftercare team enough, if I ever hear of anyone looking for a new kitchen I would definitely recommend they go to Prestons, high quality kitchens and very high quality service throughout the whole process.
