Everyone we dealt with whilst using Pretlove’s was incredibly friendly and helpful. Ryan was so friendly knowledgeable and took the time to talk us through our options and advise us. Despite a delay in our blinds arriving, we were kept updated constantly from the team. When Morgan came to fit our blinds, he was so friendly and we couldn’t believe how quickly he managed to fit all five of our blinds. Overall it was a great experience and we will be recommending Pretlove’s to others in the future.

Have used Pretlove before and did encounter some issues but Ryan dealt with them until we were satisfied which is why we chose to use him again.

A truly professional service provided by Ryan and Morgan at Pretloves. From start to finish they can’t be faulted. At our initial consultation Ryan explained everything in detail and provided an honest advice and an expert professional opinion. We were given a quote for blinds and shutters, and decided to go with the shutters. It was the best investment we could have made for our home. When it came to fitting the shutters, Morgan was brilliant. Despite one of our Louvre’s being faulted they have been quick to resolve and fix the problem.

We will definitely be back for any future project needs.

From having the survey done to fitting the blinds, The service has been exceptional, Ryan explains everything in detail, Emma from the office was in contact on a weekly basis regarding build and delivery, Morgan who fitted the blinds was very polite, Worked very clean and his work is to a very high standard, Very happy with the product and the service overall, Excellent company to deal with.

We have worked with Pretlove’s on two major projects, both of which have been a huge success.
