Wow i where do I start! Awesome experience from start to finish. Understood when I wanted to change design and communication was fast and friendly. Even gave us some matching socks and laces. Couldn’t be happier

Update: finally recieved the trainers after 4 months, in the last week or so there has been a very helpful member of staff who helped me sort everything. Good quality shoes just poor experience

FRAUDULENT SCAMMERS!! Do not Buy from. I ordered shoes back in July and it’s now mid-October and they still have not arrived. I’m down £200. Save your money, do not trust them

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes in June and STILL NO UPDATE. Feel like I've just been completely scammed. Also no reply to my emails.

just got mine, ordered from the clearance so they were ready to ship, had a couple of issues with shipping but prettyie went above and beyond to fix these, i cant fault the quality is amazing! my new go to for trainers thankyou soo much

I placed an order on the 4th of May , I was told it takes 40 days for my order to be processed. It is now the 25th of September and I still haven’t received them. Emailed them multiply times to no response.

Update : 11/01/23 - still waiting on my order. 8 months have now passed. This is absolutely disgraceful.

Ordered a pair of trainers on the 5th August, it's now 23rd of September. Had no shipping information at all, tried to ring the company and emailed several times no answer and reply.

Trainers arrived 26/10/22 and I actually feel bad for writing my previous review, I would give 5 stars but we did have to wait 3 months and they were supposed to be a birthday present, so slightly disappointed. Despite the long wait I eventually received an email from the company, the girl was so lovely and was very apologetic about the wait and communication issues I faced. Trainers arrived and OMG they are gorgeous 😍 my fussy 16 year old absolutely loves them and so do I. You can tell that so much time and effort goes into the customised shoes and I would 100% order again. Thank you Prettyie 💕

Amazing! Trainers are such good quality and custom designs are completed to a high standard. They also last so good iv worn mine in rain, mud etc and still the design is perfect. The lady is so helpful and lovely too. They also deliver within the time frame given. Can't fault this company. Highly recommended ❤👌

Bought a Dior bucket hat and it’s beautiful! Looks exactly like the picture and fits perfect. Keira was extremely helpful with making sure I got my order on time. Would highly recommend thank you so much again I love it!

i was told my order would take 40 days and it’s been 60 days with no update. Terrible customer service with no communication, would not trust them to run a bath let alone deliver an order

I brought a pair of trainers for a birthday gift, my friend was VERY happy them!
I then had to buy myself a matching pair I loved them so much.
Delivery was as said online.
I would recommend buying your trainers from here, great quality designed shoes.

I have never shopped anywhere with such great customer care and service. I would never shop anywhere else. These shoes are made to order and being a small business it is understandable for them to take a while to arrive which is completely stated on the website. They do an amazing job on the shoes and if you have any issues they are quick to offer a solution. I have purchased from this shop probably about 5 times and every time I have been happy with what has come. One thing about customs is that they don’t last paint rubs off etc but these actually last I have a pair of air forces from a year ago which I’ve worn near enough everyday and have never had any issues! If you look after your shoes they will last!!!!! Will never shop anywhere else! 💚

I sent Prettyie an image of a pair of custom Air Force I had found on Pinterest. I wanted them replicated for my daughter to wear for her birthday party. Well! the team at Prettyie went above an beyond to create the perfect pair of shoes with immaculate attention to detail. The amount of hard work and thought that went into creating these shoes with added extras to make them even more special is unimaginable. I have one very happy daughter who hasn’t taken her Moana themed shoes off since she opened them! My only complaint is bedtime is a challenge when I explain to her she can’t sleep with shoes on lol! Exceptional quality and I will be purchasing from Prettyie again very soon.

BANGING QUALITY!! I’ve had a pair of butterfly airforce for a over a year now and the print is completely intact, everyone always compliments my creps and asks where I got them from. I’ve had a pair of customs before but the print has peeled or come off, the quality really is second to none. I’ve just order a pair of the Jordan 1 local hero’s and I cannot wait! Customer service is amazing and overall experience with the brand was great

My sister bought a pair of AF1 Burberry with sewed Burberry pattern on the front and got a pair of AF1 Burberry without the sewed leather on the front.

The shipment took a really long time and the shoes looked like s h i t. Im a 23 year old boy with no attention to detail, but the painting on the Nike logo looked like something a toddler could do.

This company is owned by four girls born in 1999 and they are milking the Brexit cituation. If you are from a country inside the EU it is the same as buying from Tansania. You will never be able to get your money back (if you dont use klarna or a mastercard).

They use celebrities to promote, and they deliver them good products. The rest of us get s*it.

Do not buy from this website. Products are s*ht, they dont reply and they straight up scam people.

Really delighted with the service as my product which was a made to order type arrived earlier than expected. Very swift service.

Its has take over 80 days from i payed to the shoes came! Its very bad!
