They are scammers

Total scam, don't spend your money on this site.

Still waiting for my order from July last year. Keep getting told it must have got lost but now they don't respond at all. That was a waste of money and I wouldn't recommend to anybody.

I ordered a cover 30 months ago and never received it. Even with months of communication before it vanished

Like everyone else who has written a review, I too have been ripped off. It is amazing how many people are taken in by people like this. I ordered couch covers in March 2021. Had I read these reviews first I wouldn’t have bothered. Don’t purchase anything from Pretty Little Wish. Tracey

I ordered items a year + ago, paid for them in full and have never received the items. This guy called Ken responds promising to check and elevate my issue but nothing happens. It’s a total scam.

DON'T touch this company... The best scammers around and will rip you off in a heartbeat. I have had money stolen (as I ordered and received nothing and no refund) = THEFT.... They have now had the audacity to email me their specials today which prompted me to take the time and put this review up. They don't even deserve 1 star but I had to tick it to be able to write this.. Shop locally and you will have more chance of receiving the product you buy.

I got scammed not once but twice first by service6 that was supposedly selling Nikes at a discounted price, I order 2 pair and guess what was sent to me a pair of cheap sunglasses, long story short I contacted them and they said that they were sold out if I would like to order something else which I and was going to do, except for the price that wanted me to pay 5 times more or that they would send me a refund of half the money that they took from me + a service charge, I said forget it and took the L. Now with Prettylittlewish, I said to myself that it wont happened to me twice, stupid me I order that Black and decker 6 tool combo and guess what I received this little box with a kid size screw driver, box cutter, Allen wrench a pair of scissors. So my face book family, you got to think why isn't FB doing anything about this unless they are getting a cut ???? maybe . I'm sure that they are getting complaint's. So please do not order form this 3rd party sites on FACEBOOK.

I ordered a chair cover In December 2020 and I have still not received it. They gladly took my money and I have not received anything in return. I have contacted them numerous times. They are now ignoring all of my emails. do not buy anything from this dishonest company.

Pretty Little Wish is a total scam!! They took my money instantly and I got the same crappy responses from “Ken”. I said I wanted a refund after months and he said “too late, it’s already been sent out”. Complete BS, as it never arrived. Complained to the Better Business Bureau, hammer them on Google and try to save anyone else from the grief of dealing with this online scam!!! Save your money! Do not ever deal with Pretty Little Wish, or you will be wishing you didn’t!!!

Like everyone else that has had problems it always seems to be the same story, Ken from customer service makes big promisesy and you never see the product. By then its too late if you have used a credit card to dispute the transaction for refund after a certain time, therefore you've got no recourse. When I initially ordered l I thought this was an American based company and it was only recently that I have realised that it is probably Chinese based .

Like every other review on this thieving company they ripped me off just like everyone else. Ordered covers months ago and received an email from their head honcho KEN (YEA RIGHT) saying they were sent.....no covers ,no refund and no communications. Please do NOT send these scoundrels money, its the last time you'll see it.

This company is fraudulent. I ordered a sofa cover well over 6 months and it never arrived despite repeated contact with the company. They just keep apologising and saying that it is on it's way

I ordered and paid for 2 single lounge chair covers and a sofa cover in April 2000 which I still have not received. I have sent numerous emails to them, Ken replies saying the package has been posted out, but when I looked into the account, they did not have my address, but I had given them my address. These people are scammers and crooks, now they do not answer my emails, but will not refund my money. Anyone wanting to purchase from them, beware, save your money, because you won't get it back. Ken you lied through all the emails you sent me, which were just a standard email saying the same thing every time. Bad news pretty little wish.

sorry to say that they took my money but never produced my order. It has been one and a half years and on a weekly basis I contact them. they keep on saying that it is coming but never does.

Please read all reviews before considering purchasing. This business is evidenced to have many allegedly fraudulent sales/business interactions.
Is anyone interested in joining together to identify the proprietor and consider class action aimed to close this business down, or step up to honestly deal with its customers fairly and ethically????

This company is a scam. I ordered over a year ago. I allowed extra time before inquiring about my order because of Covid but once I did start contacting their customer service I got a response saying there was a problem on their end and the guy was going to personally make sure this was resolved and I would get my order. Now we are 5 months later and I still have not received what I paid for and no one with their customer service will return my emails.

It’s been 6 months since I’ve made the order: no product, no updates and they won’t process a refund...it’s a bloody scam and they’ll just steal your money!

Thank you to everyone for the warnings. I was just about to proceed to checkout to spend almost $200 but my intuition prodded me to Google customer complaints for this company and low and behold, it is just a big fat scam. Two indicators made me question this company: firstly, it says free shipping but yet they were trying to charge me $14.95 for shipping. But the biggest concern was that they advertised that you can pay with PayPal but when you go to checkout this isn’t an option which made me to believe they are trying to get my credit card number. Glad I trusted my intuition and thank you again to all who have posted. Truly very sad as the products looked beautiful.
