Prezee went beyond my expectations to…

Prezee went beyond my expectations to retrieve a gift I received but unfortunately misplaced. It took Dianne and staff no more than 24 hours to make me a very happy lady! Prezee is a great way for gifting safely and secure! I highly recommend them!

Replacement for a lost Ecard

I had accidentally deleted an email with an eGift card. Contacted Jin at Prezzee who understood the problem and was able to re-send the email in minutes. Very good customer service for a problem that was my fault to begin with. Jin's help was very greatly appreciated.
