Maria made my issue so easy

Maria made my issue so easy. I had tried using the chatbot but it wasn’t helpful at all- after a quick wait Maria was able to understand my problem- ask for what she needed and provide me with copies of my gift cards. Great work!

While seemingly a bit complicated to begin with, the conversion to a Coles card went very well which Coles processed it without comment or difficulty. So it worked well. Thank you!

Stay away from this company please find any other alternative to using this gift card bought a £20 gift card for U#er a popular worldwide taxi and food app.
I have exhausted all areas trying to load it on with zero success whatsoever and as everyone knows you can’t even speak to someone on their telephone support so I thought PREZZEE would have my back but oh no instead of supporting me as their regular and loyal customer they’re quite ok back and forthing with me instead of helping me out!!!!
The gift card will and is UNSPENT I DO NOT WANT IT I CAN NOT USE IT I DO NOT GET WHAT IS SO HARD TO OVERSTAND ABOUT THAT!!!!!!!!!
FORGET THESE GUYS AND SHOP ELSEWHERE!!!!
