Needed assistance recovering one of my…

Needed assistance recovering one of my gift cards I had accidentally deleted. I’d also deleted the originalemail needed for verification, and was fortunate enough to be linked up with Jerry. A minute later Jerry had verified, located, recovered, and had my card back in my Prezzee Wallet and I was on my way.

Lost gift card...link issue???

It did take some time to get my problem sorted but once Marco understood problem it was a quick fix to send a link through sms to my phone. I still don't know what the problem was as Marco thought it was a yahoo (email) issue rather than a non working link through Prezzee? Hopefully the same issue doesn't happen next time.

Birthday Gift Card

I live in NZ and sent my mum and sister, in Australia , each a card for their birthdays. The process was quick and simple and there were no hidden costs, and it was on a Public holiday. They got the email exactly when I sent it and were able to use the cards without a hitch. Overall a pleasant experience and I’ll definitely do it again.

Prezzee smart card

After a few weeks of trauma I had completely forgotten about a celebration I had agreed to attend. Finances were completely depleted so quickly went online to buy a prezzee smart card, ( pay in 4), so could exchange for a BWS e-card to buy a lovely bottle of wine. Have used prezzee before, sung it praises so was shocked to find out that the bottle of wine I wanted to buy wasn't going to happen. No BWS nor Liquorland was available with this card. I still don't understand why. I can't return and now have a card that was very misleading as to where I could spend. It has to be made clearer that certain cards are limited in their usage.

Great Support
