The 1st 5 times I believe I got “bots”

The 1st 5 times I believe I got “bots”, and 1 human, so I would’ve given Prezzee AU- a Big Fat 000000, as I’d been on the app for at least 1.5 hours.

Luckily for me I finally was put in contact with Aldione, this person was very patient, a good example of all employees should be, and was very very helpful, and went out of their way to ensure my issue was resolved today. I would’ve given Aldione 100/10 or 10⭐️, as they were amazing! Hopefully Aldione will receive this feedback, and only roughly took 20 minutes to fix everything. Couldn’t praise Aldione enough.
