I have spent hours on the phone trying to use my £50 gift card. One operator was rude telling me over and over that I was not using the card correctly and that Asda were responsible for the failure of putting the details of the card into the till. Store says it needs barcode. No one is supplying me with a barcode. One agent said sometimes the cards don't work! Still trying to resolve my loss of £50😔

I purchased a gift card from Prezzee that turned out to be unusable. I immediately contacted them to try and get it refunded or exchanged for one that is usable, and all they have done is try to find ways to avoid helping me. A terrible company with no respect for customers or their legal protections. I will now be seeking legal advice from the relevant authorities and regulatory bodies, and will make sure that people are aware that buying from Prezzee UK is a complete gamble where you, at best break even - or, like me, lose everything you spent. Their excuse - their system immediately transfers the money to the relevant company upon purchase. It’s not my fault you didn’t think your system through properly. If you take money from someone for goods or services, you need to be able to return it should there be an issue.

I spend 3 hours chatting to 5 different chat box “people” on Friday afternoon and got absolutely nowhere!! I was sent all 5 transcripts by the company by email bit no resolution at all, I emailed the company who bought the gift card for me and they gave me a phone number for Prezzee and I got through to Max immediately and within two minutes he had send me a new gift card and talked me through the whole process, this wasn’t me being stupid it was a technical error! Why do we have to go round and round for 3 hours, when the “human” Max did it in two minutes , so frustrating and unnecessary aggro!

I must say, I was very surprised with how efficient and to the point they were able to solve my problem and I actually rang twice for the same matter because I misread a certain code on my email which was my fault but they handled my call with real patient sensitivity and professionalism and quickly solved my inquiry thank you very much
