I recently ordered three little plants for my kitchen from Prickle Plants, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The website was really easy to use, with a great range of options — from different plant sizes and varieties to both indoor and outdoor choices. One thing that really stood out was how you can choose plants based on the room they’re going in. There’s a simple guide to help you pick the right spot, whether it’s bright light or a more shaded area, plus a really handy watering guide.
My plants arrived within just a few days and were packaged very securely, so everything turned up in perfect condition. Overall, a smooth, enjoyable experience — I’d definitely recommend Prickle Plants to anyone looking to add a bit of greenery to their home.

My order was intended to be my Grandads memorial tree given to my Nan at his funeral. Purchased a week in advance however, was told just 3 working days before the funeral that the courier was unable to deliver and the fault was down to Prickle. I begged them for help via email, their website, instagram, and facebook and received no response until I chased them on instagram days later. Even then, they lied telling me an email was sent in response (I was desperate for a response so this would not have been missed and my emails were obsessively checked for days). I’ve since spoken to them via instagram and they’ve apologised and admitted fault because they have to. However, I do not feel they cared about my extremely stressful and upsetting experience with them in the slightest. Luckily, a company called Gardeners Dream were able to pick up my order request, escalate, and stay in constant contact with me to ensure a tree was delivered in time for my Grandads funeral. If you’re contemplating buying from this Prickle company, please avoid and give your business to Gardeners Dream instead. This company almost single handedly ruined my Grandads funeral

Sadly, I would recommend buying an olive tree from Morrisons instead. Not only are they much cheaper, but the quality is significantly better — the plants there are full, healthy, and much more attractive.
When my olive tree from Prickle arrived, I honestly didn’t know whether to laugh or cry. It had been heavily pruned to the point where it looked sparse and uneven, and many of the leaves had been cut in half. It was such a disappointing sight.
I contacted Prickle and sent photos, but unfortunately never received a response. A week later, I visited Morrisons and saw beautiful, full, bushy olive trees for just £20. I paid £36 with Prickle and ended up with a very underwhelming plant.
I only give 2 stars because the plant was dispatched in a decent time!
