The deal went smoothly. Px'd some tudors and a date just for a new 2025 skydweller.
Frustratingly . They did throw in loads of merch and a casio for my lad. The watch is lovely and as described.

I would deal with again.

I had the pleasure of dealing with mark, couldn’t have been a better experience. I wasn’t quite certain on what i wanted Mark made sure i knew all of the options before i committed. he was able to source me the perfect daydate and i couldn’t be happier. Marks knowledge gives you the peace of mind you need when spending a large sum of money. Couldn’t recommend better.

Great communication. Watch was delivered quickly. Very happy and I’m sure I’ll pay them a visit again.

Great until my watch arrived! Wasn’t sized correctly so had to take it to a local jeweller at my own expense!! Should have offered to reimburse not give credit. When you’re spending that sort of money a £15 credit note on your next purchase is a little insulting!

Surprised by the amount of good reviews because my experience has been very different.

I’m still waiting for a refund on a watch that hasn’t been posted to me it’s been more than a month since ordering. I’ve been in contact with Nathan and Mark requesting the refund but now they won’t even respond to my messages.

I just want my money back for a watch I’ve never received and will never have dealings with this company again.

Dealing with Pride & Pinion was an absolute pleasure. Jordan was very knowledgeable and helped me choose the right watch for me. Will definitely used these again.

Beyond and above all expectations.. Got me my grail (36mm day date) for literally below market. I assumed it was coming naked because of the low price so was literally amazed when it arrived (correct) box papers and even the swing tag.. 5 stars all the way
