Prijsvrij website is easy to use, beating all other sites and companies on package price even when I looked to booking each part myself I could not beat the price!

I booked a trip to turkey with this travel agency Prijsvrij and I was very disappointed with their service. They did not provide clear information about the baggage allowance and they did not reply to my emails when I asked them about it. I had to pay extra fees at the airport because I had more baggage than allowed. This was very frustrating and stressful for me. I do not recommend this travel agency to anyone who wants a hassle-free travel experience.

I do like the discipline in information and replies before I practice the holiday, there will be a detailed evaluation after my return on 21 April. Thanks.

becasue the website is easy to use and the reviews do show as realistic view of the properties as possible.

Overall i am happy with all the setup , however sometimes when we go for all inclusive then we expect that the trasfer cost should be also in the default otherwise it can create a consfusion particularly when we travel to an unknown country.

The portal works quite quickly and gives the opportunity to find an offer that meets your expectations. Price updates usually take a few seconds. Contact with Customer Service is automated, the response comes quite quickly.
Sometimes it is difficult to recognize what the different rooms look like, e.g. what a family room means. With such a wide range and so many hotels we understand that this is difficult, but more detailed descriptions would be useful.
Generally we recommend it!

I am really upset regarding the transfer from airport to hotel and from hotel to airport.
I could not find a contact once I arrived to airport on 31st July. And today 3 times I tried to access to Atik Tour via phone calls for the back transfer to airport 2 days later and nobody replied.
I arranged by myself the first transfer to hotel from airport on 31st of July and normally it is already paid to prijsvrij.
Could you please take care with this situation?

It is easy to book my vacation and there is enough information in your website. Just I would like to see language option in your website. I used Google translate when i booked my vacation.

Booking a holiday was easy. Prices are very attractive. By so far good website to get a budget-friendly holiday.
Just wish the have more info about destination and possible excursions there. Looking forward to go on vacation!

I am not a complainer at all but this was the worst holiday we have ever been to. Starting a day from an impolite male receptionist whose answer to literally every request is just NO. All inclusive is rubbish. Food not tasty at all, tap water only, concentrated juices, really cheap wines, selection of snacks during the day is just ridiculous. If you are vegetarian you are going to eat raw veggies and fruits all day long. Unhelpful and actually rude (on occasions) restaurant staff who seem to be doing their job as a punishment. Hotel itself is far from European 4 stars. We have booked a suite so we could use the kitchen facilities. Not a single cutlery, plate or pan was there, no electric kettle just a fridge and tiny useless stove. Smelly air-con with 2cm dust cover on it. We have been to Canary Islands and Spain mainland before so we know their people’s hospitality and specialties but this was totally opposite. The package itself was a mixture of different companies deals which you find out after you make a payment. This also makes it difficult as you must contact different people regarding flight, transfer, accommodation queries. Sorry but I will not recommend it to anyone.
