Website works smooth and is easy to browse/filter. Prijsvrij offers an extensive range of aquapark resorts in various countries within EU (and beyond), which was exactly what we were looking for. Pricing is fair and the deals include all costs, with the only exception of the required visums. Booking process was very clear and quickly confirmed by email, the valet parking option completed the trip for us from a to z.

It's very difficult to choose different type of room, once you have chosen your accomodation. The information about the type of rooms is insufficient, often time confusing with multiple "double room" options where only the indicative price is different. Absolutely no mention whether it's a garden, pool, sea view, too floor, whatever... The overall Advanced search options on the website are great, but depending on what changes and selections you make sometimes your search criteria disappears entirely.

I've booked before with prijsvrij and everything was good because i did not need customer service but this time when the outgoing flight from Weeze to Egypt has been cancelled I had to call them myself to say that.
from 9 February until now I haven't got not even an email with information or proposal about what is going to happen.
I sent 2 emails.
I've called multiple times.
Everytime u have to wait 1h !!!!
Worst part is that after u wait at least 1h everytime the person who answers says that he/she can't do anything about this because someone else has to fix it.
This week after waiting 1h on the phone the customer service hang up... very rude...
Last time I called 2 days ago telling them that i want AN EMAIL that it's not normal after 1week and a half nobody to contact me. They said ok we will send.
After 2 days no email so here I am writting this.

So far so good i did book for flight to Tunisia without any problems after making my first deposit, before making the second deposit i called ,the person i spoke to was very nice to me ,i hope you guys keep that standard .👍👍👍👍

We booked several times holidays with Prijsvrij and we are extremely delighted with their services.
I gave only 4 stars because for the last booking the information was not very clear and just afterwards we discovered that we didn't have check-in luggage included (and this, of course, came with additional costs at our end).

Bad service, all documents in German. Can really not recommend to book anything with them.. hotel perfect but better book with an other agency. Also be careful tried to cancel after 1 hour after I booked and that is not possible. (Found same trip from an bigger agency 400 euro cheaper)

My only problem with prijsvrij was that I did not get feedback from a question on website. I did phone in the end. Otherwise excellent service

Last minute holiday booking. We got an amazing price for the resort we were looking at with other tour operators. In the end we saved 50% on the holiday. Everything from flights to accommodation was arranged perfectly. Very happy.

Found what I needed very quick, paid and in a one week enjoyed my vacation. Easy-fast-customer oriented service!

Het Hotel Kontiki is een vreselijk hotel! het personeel is erg onbeleefd en totaal niet behulpzaam, laten we het niet over het eten hebben.
Ik zou iedereen afraden om naar dit hotel te gaan!! Blij dat ik naar een ander hotel ben gegaan!!

Hotel Kontiki is a terrible hotel! The staff is even worse than the hotel!!! they are not respectable.I give is a 2 star hotel! thr food is very poor and I won’t recommend it to nobody!!!! Glad we booked an other hotel!!

Prijsvrij are always guaranteed to give you the best customer service. In 2020 my holiday was cancelled due to Corona and Prijvris give me a full refund in 3 days This is why I have booked with them again this year. Thankyou for been so friendly, efficient and trusthworthy.
