Great style and quality but ……..
Great look nice quality and customer service helpful - but return process is lacking. Products from different orders cannot be returned together. Products are delivered in very large boxes although the item is small. Quality of the box makes it difficult to minimize for recycling. Every order is shipped to a pick up place very far from my home even though I have one next door and even though delivery address says HOME address in the order confirmation.

Regarding returns, we do strongly recommend sending each return separately. This helps avoid any confusion when items are received back at our warehouse, as returns are processed and linked to the correct order using the specific return label provided. Combining items from different orders can make it more difficult to ensure everything is accurately tracked and refunded.
In terms of delivery, with our current shipping method we are unfortunately unable to deliver directly to home addresses in Denmark, as outlined on our website. Orders are therefore sent to designated pickup locations.
We also appreciate your comments about packaging and pickup point distance. Your feedback has been noted and will be shared with the relevant teams as we continue to review and improve our processes.

lining fabric seam creates indentation on top of my breast
Lining fabric seam across breast is too short/tight compared to outer fabric. This creates ugly indentation on top of my breast. Quality has gone south.

100% love my bras
