So in love with this brand.

Paid for lashes in the sale however they cancelled the order as there was no stock left, not sure why order was accepted before checking stock

I purchased during black Friday sales and still not received. Normally great quality products too. Disappointed by the way you have handled my numerous attempts to get this sorted out. As they are Christmas presents, I would have liked them before Christmas. The last 2 attempts to contact you have gone unanswered. Poor customer service.

It’s a shame as I’ve always used primalash and always recommend them to everyone- however I order the glam advent calendar but was sent the natural ones which are no good to me. I sent an email, Instagram message and commented on Instagram post to ask for help and heard nothing back - now I’m stuck with a product that I won’t use and I don’t have much disposable income due to cost of living so this was a treat for myself and I wish I hadn’t bothered :(.

I honestly do not have a bad word to say. I am a makeup artist and I bulk buy monthly. I have never had any issues with my orders or deliveries. Any queries I have are always responded to promptly and with care. I recommended Primalash to absolutely everyone. There is honestly no competition.

Arrived in good time even though I was late ordering. Really good quality and load of variety of eye lashes and everything you need to put them on.

They sent me the wrong products and claimed that I cheated! Really bad customer service!

Fast delivery, reasonably priced and always have a sale on! I am constantly getting complimented about my lashes and always say its Prima Lash. I dont wear lashes from anywhere else. I especially recommend the vault lashes. Such a bargain!!

I bought a bundle pack of individual lashes which I have bought before and had no problem the individual lashes were completely straight the glue that came with them was already hardened in it’s bottle so there was no way of using it what a waste of money honestly
