Perfect size, amazing

Fantastic service. The sofas are beautiful and were delivered on the same day of purchase (to my delight!).
The delivery guys were amazing, they unpacked the sofas and built them for me. They went above and beyond my expectations. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

The delivery guys were brilliant, no complaint there. The couch seems well built and the fabric, zips, seams etc are solid so far. However, it's nothing like it looks in the pictures. The seat "cushions" are rock hard foam, whereas in the pictures they're pillowy soft cushions. I really hope they soften with time but I'm doubtful! Then there's the smell. I understand new furniture comes with a certain smell, but this is so overpowering. I've had to take all the covers off and wash them but it hasn't helped because the smell comes from the foam and plastic cushion stuffing. Again, hoping it goes away with time! But it was only £700 and you get what you pay for, so I won't be requesting a refund or replacement.

I ordered the sofa at Saturday and 4 days later this is arrived to my house. The team are so kind called me and after send me a text message. The delivery team was kind as well, they called me before they arrived and help us bring it in the sofa and assemblying us for this. So I have a great experience only. Thank you for the all staff.

Delivered within original time slot that we were given but regularly advised, via phone calls, the eta. When it arrived the 2 men brought the sofa in and built it. Very efficient and polite.

Says 7- 10 days delivery i had mine in 4days and delivery men wer polite and helpful,

They put the sofa together and got paid for it but never took the boxes just walked over them. Very messy

Went above and beyond. The corner suite (verona 7 seater) looks better than it does in the pictures. Was delivered on a Sunday to. Extremely helpful and took away the rubbish
