The furniture is great,comfortable and sturdy,the colours are perfect. I love the way it looks and feels,hope to get a good few years from the furniture. Delivery needs to improve,I am a driver myself and I would be mad as hell if I had been so late.

Awful dodgy company dont waste your money or time. Customer service is terrible. Sofa is so uncomfortable the dog won't even lay on it.

Brilliant service. I spoke to the man in the office a few times before I ordered, and he was very polite and helpful. The carnaby sofa is lovely and perfect for all the family to get on for movie nights! Thank you ❤️

I bought a reclining sofa set off this company last year, everything was great no problems at all at the point of sale. In August one of the recliners broke and later in the month the other recliner broke. I contacted the company on the 25th August to advise as the sofas were still under warranty. After a lot of broken promises of getting my sofas repaired on the 9th October someone finally came to my house. Carrying an electric drill? He spoke very little English and was clearly uninterested in helping, he asked if I had a screw driver (didn’t even bring this with him) he claimed to have fixed one sofa (even showed me it working) then said the other sofas cable had snapped-how does this even happen?? He then phoned I assume his boss speaking in a foreign language with lots of laughing. At this point I felt very uncomfortable in my own home (single mother with daughter) he said company will be in touch and try not to use the fixed recliner! (When he left recliner did not work so he has obviously used some techniques to make things look like they are working?. At this point I sent a video to the company showing that nothing was fixed and advised I would be taking matters further they did not even bother to respond. I am a single parent and a sofa is meant to last 12 months this company are cowboys!

The only thing is I put to pay in 3 installments and it says they are taking the full amount end of October??

Lovely sofas, was a bit worried about ordering as they were a great price but I'm made up with them. Ordered them on Monday and was delivered on the Thursday. A bit of a language barrier with the delivery drivers but all good on the end. Would definitely recommend 👌

Absolutely fantastic sofa.
Setting a delivery date was a bit of a clart on but that was partially to do with a certain day I couldn’t do. It did take 14 days from order but they explained that it was the Christmas orders that were coming in.
I was given a time slot on 3-6pm and they didn’t arrive until 8.30pm. Usually that wouldn’t have bothered me but I’d been dropped in it by another company last month and I was getting anxious they wouldn’t come, especially because they were late.
I had nothing to worry about!
These guys were fantastic.
They were very respectful of my property and very polite - I offered them the use of my bathroom as I knew they had travelled far and I also offered them a drink, which on the third attempt, they took bottles of water!!!
The sofa is absolutely fantastic! Way better than I thought it would be and who cares if they were running late now!
I would highly recommend this company - I don’t want to sit on this sofa because it is that perfect.
5* so far from a person who complains when needed but also compliments the same amount.
