Delayed delivery but we were kept informed.

The sofa was delivered a day after ordering it. The delivery guys were amazing, so helpful and profesional.

They sent a completely different pattern! I wasn't there to receive it but had someone for me. They even said they questioned the pattern which they replied they will send it in the post separately, very bizarre

Delivered even quicker than promised. Problem with missing feet but this was quickly resolved. The sofa was good value.

Ordering was easy, delivery was on time. Very pleased with the sofa and chair. Very good quality and price. Delivery guys were very helpful, polite and professional 👍. All in all very very happy 😊

After reading so many good reviews about the delivery drivers un packing the sofas and assembling them. We was under the assumption that we would get the same service as well. But we was left to un pack our sofa and assemble it ourselves.

I highly recommend. Friendly service in store. Delivery driver had an issue with parking outside when delivering the sofa but nothing was too much trouble. Sofa is amazing and fits perfectly in to my apartment.

Firstly, I have to praise the delivery men. They were polite, efficient and friendly. They had a very long day but didn't mind removing my old sofas as I just couldn't do it. They are a credit to this company. I also cannot believe the bargain of my 2 x 2 seater sofas. I was expecting seconds but they are perfect. I highly recommend this company and, if and when, I need a new sofa, they will be my first choice. Thank you.

Arrived when expected. I was given updates,call the day before delivery and also an hour before. I purchased 7 seat corner sofa with scatter back… I am really pleased with quality and build of sofa( I was slightly dubious) I would recommend this company

I ordered a bishop style corner settee from Primal Furniture and received a confirmation of my order via email, I then emailed asking for a delivery date but didn’t receive a response, I contacted them via mobile telephone and they stated they had replied to my email (but it hadn’t come through), the customer advisor was lovely, apologised for that issue but very quickly confirmed my delivery date, which was much quicker than anticipated and was the next day- to Manchester. I was kept up to date throughout the day via telephone calls as to where the delivery men were and the two men who attended my home address were really pleasant and professional. Great service throughout and we love our new settee. Thanks so much. I would highly recommend this company!

Absolute Gentleman and true to his word, there was a slight mix up over my new u shaped sofa, it wasn't high enough for my needs I am very poorly and needed it a certain height but straight away it was sorted with a new replacement suite being sent out within a couple of days it was also a bank holiday weekend so I wasn't expecting it to be sorted so quickly. I cannot recommend this company enough, from the owner to the efficient delivery personnel an absolute fantastic experience with a great quality sofa at a good price. I'll certainly be recommending Primal to family and friends. Thank you so much.

It was a late delivery but that did not matter as we got our items, one corner unit plus arm chair plus foot stool and lads put all together so well pleased
