The 2 men that delivered the 2 + 3 sofas were great they should have rang me a day b4 delivery but it turned out to be 1 hour B4 luckily i was out watching Man United in the pub just a 10 minute walk as it was a Sunday i did not expect it but it arrived in 5 days instead of 7 days pleased it came early well done littleore notice next time sofas look great for the money i paid

Absolute pleasure to buy from. The suite was the cheapest ANYWHERE, even WITH delivery. I contacted them via email about 6 days after my order was placed and received a phone call around half an hour later to inform me of the date and time for delivery. The gentleman that phoned me was so lovely and helpful. Kept me up to date, by phone, at every stage. I much prefer the personal touch. Shows they care 🙂 Will definitely recommend to everyone I know. Thank you guys.

Great service and sofa from Primal Furnishings. The two chaps were friendly helpful and respectful and even took their shoes off. The sofa admittedly wasn't quite the colour I expected and arrived a couple of days after the scheduled time frame. Nevertheless, the sofa itself is amazing, comfortable and a very decent size. The material is lovely and it was very easy to assemble. Thank you Primal Furnishings. I have already recommended you.

Would highly recommend this company. They were really helpful answering queries over what’s app and then when I ordered the sofa arrived in 3 days when it was initially 7-10 days. They kept me informed about the delivery on the day. We love the sofa and cannot fault the service or price. Thank you Primal Furnishing!

AMAZING SERVICE

I was a little nervous at first buying a sofa online as it was a lot of money to pay for something I hadn’t seen in person but I am absolutely over the moon with my sofa it’s absolutely beautiful, soft beautiful material and comfortable, easy to put together. Delivery guys were absolutely amazing very polite and made conversation which I love, I hate awkward encounters with people but they were both lovely! I would definitely use this company again in the future! 10/10 :) :)

The two delivery men were out standing, so well-mannered and lovely people. They went above and beyond, unpagged and assembled the sofa were i wanted it. They also took their shoe's of at the front door without even being asked to which shows how respectful they are. Best delivery men I have ever had the privilege of meeting.

I bought a u shaped sofa, I absolutely love it. The sofa was bigger than the size advised on the website and I was struggling to fit it in my living room, I messaged primal furnishings and someone called me straight away and offered to send a different size middle part early next week so it would fit. Which was great but managed to sort ourselves. I wouldn’t fault the company at all and I wouldn’t hesitate ordering from there again.
