I am not experience complete food rejaction like on treza it’s more like French gourmet experience / you eat everything with pleasure but in much smaller portion and you speak more about food then you eat it . Its also a clear signal when to stop .
On treza you just not hungry . Period. Have to squeeze food into yoursel
