I ordered a couple of basic t-shirts…

I ordered a couple of basic t-shirts and a hoodie from Primary because the prices were really affordable. The ordering process was simple, and my package arrived pretty quickly. The colors looked just like they did online, which I liked.
The quality isn’t the best—the material feels a bit thin, and it doesn’t feel super premium—but for what I paid, I think it’s a good deal. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you want simple, budget-friendly clothes for everyday wear.

my wife bought a pair of jogger type…

my wife bought a pair of jogger type trousers in primark in the fort glasgow on the 18th feb now my wife is in a wheelchair and to try them on in store is a problem for her she took them home tried them on alas they were too big took them back a week later to exchange them unfortunately she lost the receipt but she did not take off the labels and she paid by credit card she was told company policy she was not intitled to an exchange which she was happy to exchange them what are her rights with this it was sorted by a great manager thank you

On Sunday 25th January I ordered cushions on line. Filled in all necessary fields, including my card details. Opted to delay collection until Wednesday 28th. Called in Llandudno store at lunchtime. Was asked for the Order No. I explained that no communication had been received regarding an order number. But I assumed that my card had been debited. The younger assistant referred to Bev, who really put herself out to explain our options, and tried to find , in store, the cushions I wanted. I cannot commend highly enough her customer service. I will be putting another order in on line, and make sure that all my details are correct. Then, when I get the Order No I will return to store for collection.

The absolute worst customer service

The absolute worst customer service i’ve ever experienced. Bought a sweater on Friday at Primark Rotterdam, noticed when i got home it had three stains on it, on Tuesday went to the same store to get a refund or exchange. Was told i could not exchange it or get a refund. exactly because it had stains on it, that i should have checked it was in perfect condition before i purchased it, it was not their responsibility it was dirty. It did not matter it still had tags and all stickers on it or that it was obviously unused , they could not take it back, that they have changing rooms and i should have tried it first. When i asked if it was store policy not to take faulty item, since they were the ones that made it dirty, i got a blank stare. The sweater was super cheap, it was really not the money, it was the fact that the answer was so incredibly idiotic and such a violation of the Netherlands consumer rights that it was almost unbelievable that such a huge company are just were allowed to get away with it.

PRIMARK CHEATS THEIR CUSTOMERS

They scammed me. I bought a pair of jeans. The first time I wore them, the pockets ripped, and the second time they split in the middle at the back. I went to complain, and they told me they couldn't give me my money back because it was misuse. The jeans were clearly defective, and they don't care about their customers; they just want to fill their pockets with money.

Awful store

Awful store. No cash tills open
Walked from fifth floor to first floor to pay queue was fifty people plus long. €200 worth of purchases abandoned in a basket. Staff standing round doing nothing.

Today we’ve been chased by security while shopping inside Primark. Because entering the shop with a dog, while nowhere there is a sign that we’re not allowed him to take inside of the store. Guy asked us to either pick him up and hold or leave the store. This is first time happening in Netherlands to us and in Primark. Sorry but this is unacceptable since he was 5 kg of toy poodle. I dont think that he would harm anything or anyone, well Primark never again :) very rude employees

Primark Llandudno.

Primark Llandudno.
My wife and I visited this store. We initially went to pay at the checkout upstairs, however we were told that unless we were willing to self checkout, and pay by card we would need to go downstairs to pay. Not willing to work for Primark for no remuneration, and deprive someone of a job we elected to do as instructed. Dutifully we went downstairs to pay, only to find that there was only one checkout being operated by a member of staff. The queue was obviously extremely long as it would appear a number of other shoppers shared simular views as me.
I realise that this is a budget store, but the total lack of customer services is an issue that management needs to address. Two people in the queue left it stating that they were going to return the items they were intending to buy.
In my view Primark needs to offer much better customer service than it is doing.

Avoid this store

Avoid this store - primark do not honour their returns policy on faulty goods. Instead the branch tell you they can’t make a decision and contact customer service , who then say the same. They ignore the facts you present to them and blame it on your use. How does a blazer come apart at the seam at the back after two wears, and is not considered as faulty- in less than one month of purchase???

Very pathetic staff

Very pathetic staff. They counted wrong number of dresses and they blame on me for stealing the clothes. It’s very bad behaviour and I don’t want to shop again from primark again. Security check should be polite not like bad eyes.very disappointed.

For the shirt they had a size L but the pants they had an m the worker said that i could take it, then i end up going to the cashier to pay and they tell me that i can’t take it because its 2 different sizes?? I was so confused and told them that another worker told me that i could take it? The manager ended up coming and said i could only take one set i was like huh bcus both sets had M for the shirt and S for the pants so i showed the manager that they were both different and then suddenly said i couldn’t take either? Weird

Shoplifter's paradise!

Primark is a shoplifter's paradise! No alarm tags!
Wander around the shop and you'll see groups huddled in a corner, stuffing items into a suitcase, putting a double pair of pants on their small child, removing labels and filling their private bags with items.
They buy a load of clothes and accessories etc, then return the next day with the receipt and collect all the same items from the shelves and simply get their money back. Too easy!
The loss rate must be huge!
Some fill a suitcase with stuff, pay for the suitcase, empty out the stolen goods at home, then return the suitcase to get their money back!
Primark need to have a service (returns) counter at the entrance of every store so customers must return goods BEFORE entering.
They also need vigilant guards and camera monitors.
Every time I go to Primark it's so obvious and entertaining watching all the thieves.

WORST DISGUSTING CUSTOMERS SERVICE.

TODAY PRIMARK IN ROMFORD THE SERVICE WAS DISGUSTING BY THIS SHORT MEMBER OF STAFF WITH GLASSES SHE KEPT THE WHOLE LONG LONG LONG QUEUE WAITING AND WOULD NOT ALLOW HER COLLEAGUES TO USE THE TILLS AND HER EXPLANATION WAS WE ARE WAITING FOR A CUSTOMERS SO THIS SHORT MEMBER OF STAFF WITH GLASSES THOUGHT IT WAS OK TO KEEP ALL THE OTHER CUSTOMERS WAITING. THE QUEUE WAS GETTING LONGER LONGER LONGER ALL THE WAY AT THE BACK. THIS SHORT MEMBER OF STAFF WITH GLASSES DO NOT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR HER CUSTOMERS SERVICE WAS DISGUSTING AND RUBBISH RUBBISH. SHE OBVIOUSLY NEEDS MORE MORE MORE TRAINING WHAT GOOD CUSTOMERS SERVICE IS. SHE ALSO CAME ACROSS RUDE ABRUPT AND EXTREMELY ARROGANT. 👎👎👎

Worst shop I ever entered

Worst shop I ever entered. And when I think that it used to be my favorite and now I hate it, because of the ridiculously long lines. I waited for more than half an hour in line!!! Only 2 kassas were open. How is this possible, it's not normal! All the workers are there doing nothing but chatting with each other and hanging stuff in slow-motion. They have zero motivation to do the job. The manager is just walking by, looking bored and doing the bare minimum. The store is a total chaos and no one gives a d*mn. I asked the cashier what is happening because it's not normal to make people wait for so long in line and have only 2- max 3 kassas open out of 20. She said "yeah.. we don't have enough workers in the store". So it's all obvious, the salaries there must be cr*p. Take a portable stool if you go there because you gonna wait a lot and nobody cares.

Terrible Customer Service....

Terrible Customer Service..... contacted them a number of times regarding a coat I wished to purchase..... website states to check items in stock go to the local website to check..... tried this but but would not allow me to do it.... Contacted them to be fobbed off with Primark jargon and they failed to answer any of my questions.... after 4 attempts to resolve my issue I gave up... Never got the coat..... Customer service and local websites useless

Bill counter scammers. Careful while paying in cash

Billing counter scammers. If you pay through cash double check the amount before paying it. I got scammed by paying extra €10 . I gave change of 20,10,10 for bill of €36 but Lady in cash counter hide my €10 and scammed me. She unethically spoken with some other person while my billing is going on and hide €10 in the mean time and asked me to pay extra €10. I got confused and paid her the extra €10.
