It’s nice to have a gun store in…

It’s nice to have a gun store in Houston area that had the Geissele trigger I purchased in stock, and I received the shipment quickly. The pricing was also lowest I found. Very pleased and I’ll look to PA for future purchases.

Placed an order on 2/27

Placed an order on 2/27, still haven't received it. Should have arrived on 3/4. Customer service said they would "file a claim" with UPS. BS! I want my order! It should be sent overnight to me! I'll stick with PSA.

too big to care anymore

ordered an item, they forgot to sent it, and then refused to expedite it in time for when I needed it. 15 year customer, but you lost me with your "too big to worry about our customers anymore" attitude. I'll go to Midway from now on.
