Flawless

Item arrived surprisingly quicker than I expected. I enjoy shopping with Primary Arms because they have the best sales and price match too.

Created tracking number but never shipped or replaced!

I ordered two seperate orders from Primary Arms. First order was for a low profile gas block. Second order was for an AR15 handguard. Primary Arms created a tracking number for the gas block and never shipped it. I already received the handguard, which is a paperweight until i receive a new gas block. They said they would investigate and take 14 days. Never offered to send another one or refund for an item that clearly never shipped. For $22 they could of had a happy customer, even with the delay. Instead a never again customer.

Great shopping experience as always

Great shopping experience as always! Quick processing and shipping. The products were exactly as described. Finally have my 14.5” Geissele upper and got it at a great price thanks to Primary Arms. I’ll absolutely continue being a customer.
