Absolutely outstanding from the minute I dealt with them. Been using another window company for 15+ years as a developer so it took a lot for me to change supplier. But Holly and the team were fantastic and the service I’ve received is exemplary. Really really happy I made the switch and can’t recommend them more highly.

Prime Aluminium was okay overall. They delivered my new doors faster than expected and offered competitive pricing. Communication was decent, but fitting wasn’t included, so I had to arrange an installer separately. Quality was fine, but the process felt slightly inconvenient. Not the best experience, but reasonable service and value for money.

Happy with the price for brand new doors fit to size. Took three weeks roughly to arrive which was quicker than i expected! They dont fit themselves, however do have a company that they recommend.

I personally listed a fitting job my MyBuilder and found a local fitter to come and install for £350 which i dont think is bad for the price of the doors - some companies that do it all charge thousands!! Happy with the quality and finish, the fitter confirmed they looked good quality too.

I ordered a composite stable door. Very happy with the product and the top service received - competitively priced, excellent quality and looks great!
Prime Aluminium also supply window fly blinds! I ordered 2 and then another 3 because they are just so useful! These have been great for having the windows open, getting fresh air circulating around the house without letting all the bugs, flies and wasps invade!

It’s just so easy to specify the products, and get them delivered, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Prime Aluminium - 5 star company!

An all round excellent service and a special mention to Jake and Olivia who are extremely helpful and really nice to deal with. I ordered a bifold door and the price was excellent and the quality of the door is awesome. I would highly recommend and would use again. The delivery arrived on time and I was always informed and kept updated as to when the delivery would take place.

Ordered over the phone which was really straight forward. Delivery was on time, however we was missing some gasket from the parts box, although it was posted out promptly it meant I had to wait until it arrived to carry on the works we had planned. I understand these things happen just a little frustrating when your on site.

After looking around at a number of suppliers we settled on Prime Aluminium and we're more than happy we did. Ordering was a breeze and delivery went ahead as planned. Great experience.

My doors are less than 5 months old external seals have shrunk and are now letting in water.
Tried to claim under the rubber warranty..
They did send me a set of seals and advised me to fit them myself!!
Was also told that if I had a washing machine under warranty, with a split pipe the washing machine company would send me the pipe to fix myself.
There word's not mine!
One of the door sets has the lock striker plate in the wrong position so unable to lock the door, Doesn't say much for the factory quality control

I intend on following the consumer act 2015 process..

Not suitable for DIY very little advice given at the point of sale.

There are many other companies to choose from so I would recommend avoiding this one .

Came across Prime Aluminium online and couldn't find a better price anywhere else. Would use again.

They changed the measurements of our bifolds when we needed them to and supported us throughout the full journey.

As a aluminium fitter of a lot of different systems I found the quality and value for money really good and I have advised quite a few people to go with prime and I’ve bought doors from them for my customers aswel. Overall great product and service. 👍🏻
