Great Bi-folds, windows to match and good price. Good quality, well made and once installed smooth operation. Builders confirmed a good quality product.
Only criticism would be around channels to communicate and a little impersonal. All generally done via WhatsApp or Facebook but phone calls were answered if sometimes delayed. Website could do with adding more depth & details about the products.

The doors are decent for the price. Installation could be a big issue as we had 'Door fitters with 20+ years of experience' who apparently had never seen doors constructed like this and refused the job as well as our builders who did our extension.

When you want to order the doors, the service is quick and responsive but once the order has been placed, the service is terrible. They rarely answered the phone and it always required multiple emails and reminders to get a response. Just bear in mind when thinking of this company. I am fairly satisfied with the doors but they are mid-range at best.

I bough a bi-fold door for my house. It was very easy and simple. I fit the door myself. Not complicated at all. Very helpful customer service. Thank you. I’ll use again definitely.

We found this company on the Internet and decided take a chance and order our French doors and window for an extension and we were very pleased with their product and service.
The fitter we used said he thought they were of a good quality and easy to fit.
The contact we had with the company on the phone was very helpful and delivery was straightforward.

Ordered 2 huge sliding windows for a cornered kitchen extension and they look fantastic. Communication has been great and delivery was timely. Only thing is I would improve would be to wrap the glass to make it easier to grab and unload it from the van as they won't take responsibility over it once delivered.

We purchased bi-folds from Prime Aluminium in early 2023 to be installed by our builder. The delivery was missing a small part and so our builder contacted Prime Aluminium to request they send the missing part out. The part in question leaves a hole leading directly outside so a fairly important part to be missing. Prime Aluminium ignore all contact, they do not respond to emails or enquiries and when you try to ring them and on the odd occasion when they answer the phone they tell you they will need to escalate to a manger who will be in touch and then never get back to you. Would not recommend as once paid they have no interest.

Prime aluminium not only provided me with beautiful doors at a competitive price, but they also gave me a brilliant service with the type or fold and direction of fold.

AVOID AVOID AVOID, what a rubbish company, order some bi fold doors in September, and was told 3-4 weeks for delivery, but infact took 6 and half weeks,frames and doors were 2 different colours,
so delivery driver took them away to replace and now still waiting 9 weeks later, and company is ignoring my calls and refusing to give refund, but if you ring off a different phone number they answer straight away and make excuses saying factory have dispatched them, now having to go through legal proceedings get this resolved

Fantastic company!! I shopped around and was delighted to find Prime Alluminium. Best price on all products so no need to waste time searching. The doors arrived promptly, they are superb quality and exactly as I ordered. We broke one of the hinges when installing them (our fault entirely) so I had to contact the customer services team, Olivia was amazing, she went above and beyond arranging for a new one to be shipped to me. It's so hard to find both great value for money and awesome customer service within 1 company but I did that with Prime Aluminium- highly recommended!! I'll be back to purchase more as soon as we move onto our next project.

Bifolds are great. Opens really smoothly. Prime were helpful and glad I went with them. Jake and Olivia were really helpful too.

Fantastic service, and def value for money. Jake was great, he answered all my questions when I rang up, worked around me being in to be able to take delivery of my doors.
They arrived on time, and look amazing. I would def recommend this company reliable, professional, and quality of doors 10/10!!

I have been using prime aluminium for a number of years now with my company and from start to finish throughout all the jobs they've been fantastic!! The staff are amazing and make sure the jobs run smoothly and gets delivered on time. Cant recommend them highly enough!!

Absolutely appalling customer service.
They quote you a certain size for bifold doors with sv blind system.
After agreeing price with customer and returning to order, they increase the price by 150quid, at first stating its a delivery charge and refuse to let you collect.
Then state they are making a loss if they sell you the door for the quote they gave. Then agree to make it for that price with a 20mm addon removed which costs only £50.

Then state they can't make it at that size. Jake the owner supposedly has no idea how to do business. Lies then messes you and your customer about and doesn't care about the customer at all.

I urge you to go elsewhere. If you have any issues this company they won't resolve it for you. Disgusting company.

This company are amazing, we had 2 sets of bi-folds for our summer house, customer service and efficiency have been brilliant, also Olivia always got straight back to us on our queries, would 100% recommend

After searching the internet for a couple of weeks, Prime Aluminium came out with the best price for us. We ordered a set of 2.4m doors in grey and had them delivered within 72 hours. Will recommend 100% thank you all.

Prompt delivery for aluminium bifold doors and at a decent price.

Fantastic quality and great customer service throughout. Updates and helpful staff. Cannot fault it. Great customer journey. The doors are easy to fit and sturdy. On top of that they look brilliant.
