From the start of this process with Joel and Adam coming to give a quote, to the installation of 5 windows and a front door and Joel coming back to do a snag check the whole experience has been fantastic 😀
It was very reassuring to have such nice tradesmen working in my Mums home. I live over 60 miles away from her so was only able to be there sometimes, however both my Mum and I felt very comfortable with them.

Replaced 4 main windows in our house, the fitters turned up and were very professional, took time to protect carpets and possessions, very friendly and fitted windows to very high standard and in very quick timing, would recommend highly.

My front door was replaced by prime glazing. They incorporated the existing leaded lights as part of the surround as a bespoke feature which I’m delighted with. Very happy with the efficient work carried out by friendly chaps. Would highly recomend.

All my front bungalow windows were replaced in February by Prime Glazing, I am very impressed how they look now.
They definitely upgrade the bungalow's appearance. Neil, Ronnie and Adam worked hard, leaving the area clean and tidy. I would recommend Prime Glazing to anyone needing their services and will use them again, should it be necessary.

After having our windows done we went back to get a new door. We cannot rate these guys any higher. From start to finish the whole team have been superb.

Joel and Adam were excellent to do business with. They knew their products and there was no hard sell. Easy to talk to and a good quote was agreed.
Neil the surveyor, turned up at the agreed time and measured for a new front door with arched frame. New rear door with standard frame. And new French doors to replace sliding patio doors. Double and triple checking his dimensions.
Installation guys completed the work in one day. All items fitted perfectly. They were polite, tidy and standard of work was first class. Left the property in a very clean condition. All in all, from start to finish, a very professional company to deal with.

Joel and Adam were honestly brilliant, from survey to the quote and to the windows being fitted.

They even went out of their way to ensure we had new windows and doors before Christmas.

The team that came to fit the windows and doors (Neil, Chrissy & Ronnie) were tidy, polite and the standard of work was fantastic, it really has transformed our home so thank you.

We was thinking about having double glazing upgrades then out of the blue Two young guys knocked my door selling glazing
I invited them in they done the normal sales routine which was excellent not pushy at all agreed a price and date
The fitters where there on time and a great job
I would recommend this company to anybody 10 out of 10

The quality of the installation and the helpfulness of everyone was exemplary. One minor issue was the breakage of a sill tile which was most probably unavoidable due to the poor quality of the tiles which were planned to be changed anyway. Windows, door and patio doors have survived extreme gales without any issues. Would strongly recommend the company.

JOB WELL DONE! I had my windows fitted back in September, their work was absolutely fantastic from start to finish, I can highly recommend to anyone that are looking for a local window fitting company to use these guys.
