Fantastic company I got in touch about having new windows Joel and his work colleague came round they were really friendly and helpful and gave me a good price. Lovely guys we arranged a date for having my new windows.
Neil and Ronnie came to fit them. They are a credit to the company they did a fantastic job and cleaned up after the Job. I was expecting to have to take my blinds and curtains down but they did it for me and put them back up. I would most definitely recommend this company.

Top Class Service received from Prime Glazing, cannot fault it from first quotation from Joel and Adam to the measuring up and installation. Very professional, friendly staff and attention to detail second to none. Will not hesitate to recommend to others. The service was excellent from Joel and Adam, everything explained clearly. The product was outstanding, but most importantly Adam and Christopher who installed the work did a magnificent job. A lovely job made by a fabulous pair of fitters. Neil talked us through everything they were doing for the day. Absolutely delighted with the windows and doors installed by the fitters. From start to finish a great experience! No hard sell, a great team of installers who worked efficiently and tidily. Had a redundant window removed and bricked up ! Can hardly tell where the window was because time and effort was taken to provide a good match. Highly delighted, would recommend to anyone. Recommended by a friend, dispute a slight delay due to weather, very happy with the quality, and the fitters were excellent. They made sure they cleared up after themselves no mess whatsoever to clean up. Will defiantly use them for the rest of the work we require next year.

Adam and Joel were very knowledgeable about all of the products they sell and the jobs that they do, we decided to get a quote for replacing all of the windows and doors in the house, and we're so glad that we did, a great competitive quote, we had 19 windows and 3 doors fitted they were all fitted very professionally and to a very high standard the difference that they have made to the look and feel of the house is amazing, Adam and Joel and all of the fitters were very friendly with a great sense of humour which made the experience very easy, they were very tidy and any mess that was made was cleaned up and they left the house clean and tidy we will defiantly be recommending prime glazing to neighbours friends and family in the future

Adam and Joel discussed with us what we wanted, replace garage door, front door and side garage window. We were kept up to date throughout.

Joel and Adam were very knowledgeable about the products and I was given lots of time to consider what I wanted. They understood that a house over 150 years old needed something in keeping. Everyone I dealt with afterwards (the surveyor, the window fitters) was polite, respectful of my property and expert at their job. I am delighted with the windows and the service I received. Joel, Adam, Neil and the team at Prime Glazing have been absolutely brilliant. They have been great at keeping in regular touch to update me on what was involved, timings, paperwork and making sure everything was in place.

A lovely French door was installed for my mum to replace a window, at least a week ahead of time, and Mum has just informed me that the team of three were very polite, worked speedily and efficiently, meticulously cleaning up as they went along. They made sure she was happy with everything before leaving, reassuring her that she could call them out again if there were any problems.

I am very grateful to Joel and the team for such a professional job and great communication along the way which reassured me. I have no hesitation to recommend them and use them again.

Adam & Joel are so helpful and super friendly and approachable great at advising and extremely knowledgeable of their product.

I had my whole house done by them and love it. I was on hospital the day they arrived but they just got on with it the team of fitters are amazing. They tidied up after themselves to a very high standard. I had wondered what state my house would be in when I came out of hospital but I needn't have worried it was cleaner than when I went in and everything was secure.

I am truly thankful to the whole team for doing such an amazing job and thank you Adam for listening and excellent communication skills.
