I recently appointed Prime London to handle the sale of my duplex apartment at 190 Strand, London, and I am extremely pleased with the service I received throughout the entire process.
From the outset, the team demonstrated a very high level of professionalism, market knowledge and efficiency. Shortly after being engaged, they moved quickly to market the property and secured a highly competitive offer within a relatively short period. Their advice was practical, honest and commercially sound, and I always felt that they were acting in my best interests rather than simply trying to complete a quick sale.
The transaction itself was not straightforward and took longer than originally expected. During this challenging period, Bryce Moses and Aline Bonfim were exceptional. They remained proactive, patient and persistent, maintaining close communication with both the buyer and me. They provided regular updates, responded promptly to questions and worked hard to resolve issues as they arose.
What impressed me most was their “never give up” attitude. Even when the transaction encountered delays and uncertainty, Bryce and Aline continued to follow up with all relevant parties and kept the process moving forward. Their determination, professionalism and attention to detail played an important role in achieving the eventual successful completion of the sale.
Selling a property from overseas can be stressful, particularly when the transaction becomes a bit complicated. However, Prime London gave me confidence throughout the process and made the experience considerably easier to manage.
