The receptionist is incredibly rude on the phone, I called to make an appointment but she was in the lift and ended the phone on me. I then received a second phone call 10 minutes later and I was being attacked verbally. This lack of manners is completely inappropriate. Please hire someone else.
I had a really good experience with prime physio care, my issue was diagnosed and treated very quickly. Specialist equipment is used such as ultrasound and electrotherapy.
I would definitely recommend prime physio care, especially Aisha who is very experienced and a fantastic physiotherapist!
