We recently had a solar PV system with FoxESS battery storage installed by Prime Time Solar, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience from start to finish.
Nathan Read was our solar advisor throughout, and his knowledge, responsiveness and no-pressure approach made what could have been a complex decision feel straightforward. He took the time to understand our household energy usage, explained the proposal clearly, and was always available to answer questions promptly.
The installation team — Conor and the crew — were professional, efficient and clearly took pride in their work. They installed the system neatly and ensured everything was fully commissioned and working before leaving. The handover documentation was thorough and complete.
The whole process from initial survey to completed installation was handled professionally, and we would not hesitate to recommend Nathan and the Prime Time Solar team to anyone considering solar PV. Excellent.

Daryl completed all the work, and did not leave and mess behind him.
He was great with my kids and dog.

Don’t believe the number of 5 star…
Don’t believe the number of 5 star review, instead read the 1 star reviews from real customers with real experiences. My experience has been shocking, the worst I have ever experienced. This business do not care about their customers. It left older age customers without heating over the winter and years later won’t come out to fix the repeating faults despite the boiler being under guarantee. Do yourself a real favour… go elsewhere.

Mark is great at his job. He really helped me by going to the water valve outside and opening it fully so that I get the full water pressure from my shower. People that go the extra mile like that are worth their weight in gold!

This is our second time using Prime Time Boiler, the first time was in our old home and this time in our new home, excellent service from the first phone call to the insulation of our new combi boiler.
So friendly and helpful and the engineer that fitted our boiler was great.

This is the 2nd boiler installed via prime time in 5 years (2 different properties)
Each time no issues faultless installation. 2nd time was a knocking noise which they sent somoene out very quickly after install just to let some air out of a valve which was normal and solved the issue. . Excellent service, thankyou!

Avoid - shoddy workmanship left boiler unsafe
I had a new boiler installed by this company in March 2025. I was met with problems during the install, I was left with radiators not working during a very cold March. I tried contacting them to be told it was a weekend and they couldn’t help. Eventually the engineer came back and tried to rectify the problem. Was very unprofessional as a contractor for this company and complained constantly about not being paid by them. It took several days for the engineer to rectify the problem and ensure all I had heat in all radiators.
Fast forward to May 2026 I have water leaking from the flue have called an engineer out to check and they have highlighted all the install problems and declared that the flue was not installed safe and wouldn’t meet regulations. They have taken photos and provided a report for me. Needless to say I am shocked by the shoddy workmanship and the fact I am pot of pocket repairing faults from the installation. I have emailed them formally complaining. I don’t expect much response based on previous experience. I would not recommend this company and would not use them to complete any boiler work in the future.
