PrimeXBT does not remove or “make coins disappear” from user wallets, and all account balances, transactions, and fees are recorded transparently within the platform. That said, we take any report of unexpected balance changes very seriously and are fully committed to reviewing your case.

To help us investigate and resolve this properly, we kindly ask that you contact our Support Team directly and provide:

1) Your PrimeXBT account ID

2) Approximate dates and times of the transactions in question

3) Any relevant screenshots or transaction IDs

Once received, our team will carefully review your account activity, explain any charges or balance changes in detail, and work with you to resolve the issue if anything is unclear or incorrect.

Per information from our customer support, you reached out to us via live chat on 13th January, apparently having difficulty closing your trade. We created a ticket right away to investigate the technical details of your inquiry. Due to internal outage caused by the dealing desk, the investigation was longer than expected.

Unfortunately, we didn’t hear from you in a couple of days while asking for an update. The total impact on your financial statement was determined to be $2.7, and, since the investigation took longer, $10 was offered to compensate for your time and financial loss. However, there was no response from your side to confirm the credited compensation.

We encourage you to contact our support if you’re still interested in receiving the compensation. We’ll look forward to seeing your answer.
