This exchange is a scam

This exchange is a scam! This is a fake cross trading margin! The reality is this isolated margin! I learned the hard way! I am a full-time trader Using IC market and Bybit. I have plus 10 years of experience trading forex and crypto. I wanted to have a look at this exchange for the copy trading feature in the future but after trying this exchange. WOW What kind of sh!T this is? I put 100$ to try it out. Got liquidated one time thinking maybe I did something wrong. Then, with 62$ left from my previous liquidation (around0.007064 BTC) I put the same exact trades for BTC I got on Bybit and same exact trades I have on IC market using 0.01 lot. Not even 1 minute later, I got liquidated when the market didn't even move and my free margin is 98%? My trades in profit at the liquidation were with a total of 0.00034262 BTC (around 2.89$) in profit and my losses were a total of 0.00067501 BTC (around 5,71$) for a total of 0.000330541BTC (around 2,79$) and I got liquidated how? So, for a draw of 2.79$ from my total of 63$ of capital for trading, I got liquidated? Really? The hell is that? Huge scam stays away from this sh!t. I have the screenshots! No wonder why they don't have a KYC. Scam for beginners! Plus, the fees are a huge scam! 10 dollars fees for a few trades using 0.01 lot per trade? What a joke! I have been asking to speak to a manager many times. They just ignore my request! They blocked me from the chat. Customer agents in the live chat are useless. They block you when they can't answer some basic trading questions regarding the liquidation issues. They are scammers attracting dumbs investors and nothing else! Another exchange in the crypto community who should put down! This sh!t is not acceptable! Too many scams already in this space! Covesting should stay away from them for the partnership regarding the copy trading! I got screenshots to prove what I am saying, even if they reported me! They are lucky we can't put any screenshot in the trust pilot! Another exchange the SEC will shut down soon, even if they think they are safe in the Seychelles! Because they keep reporting my review, I will post on Forex Peace Army where they can’t!

Yesterday I deposited some funds and…

Yesterday I deposited some funds and it's still not credited I have given all the proof but still they told me to wait for 24 hrs...now I will change the rating if they do the right thing and submit my funds to my account without fraud....as this is one of the only ways to get justice

Update: I have received the deposit and the amir helped me well in getting the deposit ...will surely continue my journey here ....4 star for now and if those little bit slowness in execution will be gone...soon this 4 will also become 5 star

Somehow got liquidated in profit, and they took the profit.

Two cross margin trades were vastly in profit, but somehow they automatically got liquidated by PrimeXBT. The combined profit after these trades were automatically closed was +0.06 BTC (about +$6500).

Yes you are reading it correctly: Liquidated, yet the PNL when 'liquidated' was +$6500.

However, that $6500 realized profit after these automatic sells was not credited to my account.

The support told me in a reply that the trades were correctly liquidated. The fact that the liquidation occured while the trades were in profit, with even a PNL of +0.06BTC (+$6500) realized profit after the positions were closed by them, was completely ignored by support. No word about where my money went.

The trades and these PNL numbers can be seen in my trade history.

It were two longs on XRPUSD and BTCUSD.

XRPUSD average long entry: $0.57
XRPUSD liquidated at: $2.38

BTCUSD average long entry: $72k
BTCUSD liquidated at: $106k

Yes, it doesn't add up. I never experienced this anywhere, even the shadier exchanges of the earlier days didnt dare to do this.

Avoid at all cost. I will update this when they actually look into this, so they too see it doesnt make any sense and give me my money back (the profit, and the amount I still had sitting in my account). IF they are honest that is.

I wrote a review last week but uptill now there is no response. I want to know if Prime XBT is operating in Qatar? Do you have this model on Telegram; the clients have to add items in the Cart from noon.com and the clients get commission just adding the items? Than they are asked to take part in speculation missions where they have to invest and get their commission and profit?

Affiliate Agreement Terminated While USD 8,178 Remained Unpaid


I participated in the PrimeXBT affiliate program under Affiliate ID 1901 pursuant to their Affiliate Introducing Broker Agreement.
Prior to termination of the agreement, commissions totaling USD 8,178 had accrued based on referral activity reflected within the affiliate dashboard.
Payment was later declined based on what was described to me as a “21-day redeposit requirement.” However, after reviewing the Affiliate Agreement and Offer documentation provided at onboarding, this specific requirement does not appear in the published contractual terms.
A formal demand for payment was issued. Rather than resolving the outstanding balance, PrimeXBT terminated the affiliate agreement on 30 January 2026 without settling the accrued commissions.

Update (April 2026):
This issue remains unresolved. After submitting additional evidence, including proof of my affiliate agreement and termination, I issued a formal payment deadline. The deadline has now passed, and no payment or response has been received.

I DO NOT TRUST PRIMEXBT ANYMORE

I am from Cape Town south africa. I am mot a new trader, I have about 7 years experience. I signed up with primexbt, verified my account immediately, deposited and began trading. Everything ran smoothly.
UNTIL.......when I wanted to withdraw MY MONEY, I WAS IMMEDIATELY MET WITH PROBLEMS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!BIG RED FLAG.

Multiple withdrawals failed one after the other, online support is HORRIFIC AND SLOW CHEAP AI chatbot, GENERIC RESPONSES. Only after this experience, did I research and found MANY bad reviews of poor support and WITHDRAWAL ISSUES AND DELAYES.

For that reason I will never trust primexbt and will spread my HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Primexbt is just another local SC*M broker

As all can see that primexbt is fraud…

As all can see that primexbt is fraud has anyone seen 70 pips spread on major currency as you can see I have done short sell in this pair and market also moved in my favour

But because spread was so huge that my account was blown out

And it's not first time

As many remember there was big selling in crypto three days ago and I have short position on eth/usd at that time I was 50 dollars profit and I chose to take profit cancel order and order was cancelled but I only got 15 dollars profit and I asked them why they told me it was because market slippage and i took profit when market was stable but no they insist that it was because of slippage and that order entry was not been given or shown iny history section

And there are many more cases that have happened with my friend and I have all screenshot from their side and my side of primexbt fault

It always because of them we trader have to take loss even if we made right trade broker always earn
And they have also kick to me out of their telegram community because I ask them why is spread so large but they didn't answer it to me out of the telegram community and deleted my post

Regarding your ETH/USD take-profit order, what you experienced was slippage – when an order is executed at the next best available price in a fast-moving market. This is a normal part of trading derivatives and not manipulation of your trade.

As for the Telegram group, moderation rules apply to keep discussions constructive. We never remove users for simply asking questions, but repetitive accusations without context are managed by the moderators.

Best ever trading broker!

Very lenient liquidation policies, solid spreads/fees, and most importantly it's dependable. I can trust it's going to work and it's going to work well.

BE AWARE OF RISKS

Despite multiple email exchanges with their support, PrimeXBT still hasn’t returned the funds from my closed account. Depositing money is easy, but withdrawing it seems extremely difficult – maybe even impossible. Very disappointing and concerning experience

Worst customer service on earth

Worst customer service on earth. Literally took 30 days of them saying they working on it to get the money corrected then after waiting for 4 weeks they said the guy who was suppose to do it was on holiday for “30 days” (seems like quite a mega holiday) while the entire time they said they were working on it? Then suddenly his back from holiday and attending to the issue and then after all this this time and “working” on it they said sorry we can’t fix it “so what were they go fixing or amending for 4 weeks then?? Must be a criminal offense to tell the truth. Use with caution.

USDT to USD not possible in my "zone"

I couldnt figure out how to exchange USDT into USD so I contacted support. They were super fast to inform me that this exchange was not yet avaiable in my zone/area. And this is why I give 4 out of 5 stars. The withdraw process I had to do then was exchange USDT into Bitcoin then withdraw. Took less than 10 minutes before i had it in my Revolut wallet, did the exhange to desired currency and wired it to my local bank. I had the money on my Bank account the very same day.

Stop loss BUGS if they want it to

really lost a lot of money because of a systembug that made my stoploss not work. after i contacted the support for help they just said that i discovered a rare bug. they did not cover my losses. after a long conversation over weeks they decided to just give me bonus money that is useless. NOT recommendable plattform
