in general, the platform is very good, especially the ease of registration, and the fact that it is possible to keep deposits in bitcoins and trade directly from a bitcoin account. this gives me the opportunity to trade without selling my bitcoins, only borrowed funds.
What I miss is when registering, when choosing a nationality, there is no nationality XXA (Stateless) and XXB (Refugee).
I hope that the Primexbt team will fix this problem.

1. **You admitted a $5,095 internal transfer** (TX ID `6468040`) to "Crypto Future wallt" with **NO blockchain TXID** – contradicting your "all withdrawals on blockchain" lie.
2. **$12,216 stolen** vs. **$10,196.04 transferred** = **$2,019.96 deficit**. Prove this wasn’t:
→ Unauthorized overdrafts (*your security failure*), OR
→ Internal fraud (*your theft*).
3. **"Valid login sessions" claim?**
**Within 24 HOURS, publicly provide:**
- Blockchain TXID for `6468040`,
- Audit logs for the $2,019.96 deficit,
- Full IP/device logs for April 14.

What is the point of buying crypto currency if they are going to sell it the same day.

If your position was liquidated on the same day, it probably moved significantly against your trade, leading to an automatic closure. Maria got my account credited for a BTC deposit that somehow got stuck in the system.
A BTC deposit did not originally get credited to my account, for whatever reason. Thankfully, Maria at the helpdesk handled the problem in less than 20 minutes. All I had to do was give her the Hash ID, and the problem was fixed a few minutes afterwards. Service doesn't get better than that.
