Great communication and speed of process!

Every time I use this company something goes wrong. They either shift the artwork or the frey the edges. Then they justify their mistakes to boot. I will never use them again. I am done with them.

After seeing my initial 3-star review, Primoprint addressed the issues I mentioned, identified possible causes, offered advice to avoid the issues in the future, and provided a credit to make up for the issue occurring in the first place. I was already planning to use their services again, but now I'm very impressed with their dedication to customer service as well.

I ordered 9 sets of 500 trading cards (4,500 total), and overall am happy with the results, but do have some issues as well. The first set of 500 arrived with frayed edges from cutting, and a lot of the corners were dinged up because the shipping box was overly roomy. I was able to “fix” the issue by manually running a Sharpie along the edges of several cards, but I don’t think I should have needed to do this. (The cards are needed for a convention and I didn’t have time to deal with a complaint or potential reorder.)

The remaining eight sets arrived in MUCH better shape, though one of the eight printed a lot darker than I would have liked. This was my first time ordering trading cards and it was a learning process for me, so I don’t place all blame on Primo; the cards may have printed too dark because of how my artwork reproduced at that size (I should’ve uploaded something with higher contrast).

For the good: the cards that arrived properly really do look wonderful. Also, the turn-around was very fast, and my order arrived earlier than estimated. I also appreciate the straight-forward pricing because other printing companies I’ve worked with in the past were less than upfront about certain charges and revealed a few more expenses with each stage of the order. I also like that it’s a family-run business and that they’re based in New Jersey.

Overall I’m happy with the trading cards and plan to use Primo again—I have dozens of more card designs I’d like to have done, and if my next order doesn’t have the quality issues of the first order, I’ll be using Primo for all of my trading cards for the foreseeable future.

Wanted some hero cards for our race team and never had any made before. Stumbled across Primoprint while searching Google. Their site was very easy to use and the price was very acceptable. I designed everything in RGB and after realizing that they printed in CMYK, I had to go back and convert everything which was not a big deal. I got those prints back, and let me tell you they are absolutely beautiful! Perfect job and couldn't be happier. If I had anything bad to say it would only be that you can't seem to combine orders within your order to maybe save a few dollars on shipping. Other than that, company is spectacular and delivered what they promised and arrived quickly! A+++++++

The process of getting our trading cards done through you is an easy as well as enjoyable process. The site nav is accessible and not confusing. The process of uploading artwork and reviewing the artwork on your site is simple. The delivery of the final product is much faster than expected and well packaged. My only CON is the inability to add jobs and have them shipped together.

Everything came back ahead of schedule and the quality by far exceeded my expectations! My son was thrilled when he saw his custom card for the first time! Everyone who has received one has been in awe of the top notch quality of the card!
