THE BEST!!!

We wanted to create trading cards for our son's first birthday and we started to stress out because we ended up doing everything last minute and were worried they would arrive too late. We live in California so we looked at several companies near us because we were accounting for the processing/shipping times.

After visiting several sites, we either 1) still weren't confident that the cards would arrive on time or 2) weren't happy with the options they offered.

After looking for other sites, I ended up PrimoPrint because of the nearly perfect customer reviews. The website was very easy to navigate and we were happy with all of the available options for the types of cards but again, we were worried because they were located on the East Coast so processing/shipping became an even bigger deal.

I ended up starting an online chat with customer service and they were AMAZING. I thought we were asking too many questions where the answer seemed obvious, but it was important that the cards came out perfectly. Their response was "the more questions the better!"

They went above and beyond to help us and the cards came in a day early AND THEY WERE BEYOND PERFECT!

We would recommend PrimoPrint to anyone!! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

High Quality Business Cards in a Week

I needed some high-quality business cards in a hurry before an event. I had them in-hand in seven days and received many compliments on them. I have ordered promotional postcards multiple time from Primo in the past and the quality has been solid each time.

Very disappointed how I was handeled twice!!!!!!!

I dealt with PrimoPrint few times and I had issues! One issue I ordered the cards and the fonts for cards were really small. I spoke to Jenny! I was upset and I paid for it and moved on. I called again to get other cards we chatted through text and then we had a conversation and said the priced doubled for the same amount but you have a credit will apply that, I said ok after she charged me she sent a text through conversation and said the team will charge $50 dollars for the art work. I was upset and called in to find out what is going on I said my I speak to a manager and she was the manager WOW. So of course mentioned nothing she can do! So I cancelled my order and this the last time I order from them
That is my experience with them I will give it 0 out of 10.
It took nearly a 4 days and three separate customer service inquiries to get an explanation from the company about what had happened after requesting speaking to the manager. Eventually I got short call from Jenny the manager and the agent who sold me the product stating she can't do anything about it.
The company should adjust their system to let people know what to charge from the initial contact and not create false expectations regarding pricing and agents who are manager.

Upon reviewing both orders you mentioned, I've identified the following issues:

Regarding your first order, we understand your disappointment with the small text on the artwork you provided for print. While we sympathize with your expectations, it's important to note that the artwork submitted for both orders was significantly different, making replication of two unrelated orders unfeasible. While Primoprint isn't liable for the aesthetics of externally submitted artwork, we extended a one-time courtesy credit as a goodwill gesture.

Regarding your second order, you requested significant changes to the artwork on your business card. Our customer service team advised that your request would be presented to our graphic design team for a review and cost estimate. Upon learning the cost of a card rebuild, you expressed frustration and opted to cancel the order.

It's important to clarify that Primoprint doesn't offer free graphic design services; print-ready artwork must be submitted when orders are placed. Our File Processing team can advise on necessary changes, or customers can opt to hire our Graphic Design team for assistance.

In your interactions with our team, particularly with our exceptional manager, Jenny, we observed her patient and kind approach, ensuring clear communication regarding design service costs. It's unfortunate that a negative experience stemmed from an expectation of free services.

Found my new online printer!

This was my first time using Primoprint, and definitely not my last! I found them while trying to recover from a super-botched print job with a different online print company. The folks at Primoprint were SO responsive, so helpful, and even expedited the shipping for me (I think they took pity on me after seeing how bad the original print job was!). The postcard I got was EXACTLY the high quality and fun, subtle varnish I had hoped for and expected! The site interface was excellent and easy to use (I've been using online print providers since 2008, and this is a fantastic interface!). I'm looking forward to using these folks again!

helpful, proactive

My order was pending the correction for the design. I was being a bad procrastinator and did not work on it even though I already paid for it. Avery from Primoprint tried to reach out to me several times for 3 weeks reminding me to correct. I finally responded after being unable to fix the bleed on the design. They were so nice and helpful that they got Alexis from design team to fix it for me as a courtesy. Thank you so much Avery and Alexis! I greatly appreciate your service. Best product, best service

I've ordered several batches of business cards from Primoprint over the years, with fantastic results. Every person I've ever handed a card to is impressed and most have something nice to say about the texture and quality (19pt silk with raised spot UV). My most recent order had a minor production problem (cut size) and the order was quickly re-printed and shipped out with zero hassle aside from the need to reprint. Will definitely continue to print my most important stuff with Primoprint!
