We have purchased business cards from Primoprint 4 times, the first 3 times the cards came out great, the 4th time they were very faded and had at least a 25% color decrease in comparison to the previous order, we provided photos of the difference between the two orders and stated that the black looked grey this time and asked for a reprint. We will ALWAYS reach out and give a business the opportunity to make it right.
We print for our business and understand a slight change in color is expected when printing CMYK, but when a client tells us the ink doesn't match their previous order we reprint no questions asked! Even as a family owned business this company does things a bit different.
We were told up to a 7% color change is expected and that they were within tolerance, even though its at least a 25% decrease. Then we were credited $130 on a $300 order, enough to purchase 100 business cards on our 1000 card order.

I am beyond pleased with the work that PrimoPrint did. I had 31 different trading cards to make. I got an email from Julie saying there was a caution on my card (a border that might get chopped off or appear off center due to the natural variability of printing and cutting). After she gave me an understanding of the issue, I OK'ed the print because it wasnt going to get fixed (I was out of town but still had a deadline on these).

I can tell Julie put extra effort and care into how precisely these cards were aligned and printed. Despite MY design flaw she rocked it out and ensured I had a great product. 100% will be using them for these in the future.

We have used Primoprint for a number of years to print our Business Cards. They have always given us timely and professional results!

The cards come out good, the process isn't too difficult and support is very helpful

Primo Print always does a great job. The only thing I would improve is to put the dimensions of the safety lines in the layout template.

I'd also like to see the notes for orders preserved on the order details page so I can go back and refer to what I replied at a later date.

They are responsive and fast. I've never had a poor experience with them.
