Never received my order and when I emailed the company's support email address, I received an automated response that the email address no longer exists. There was also no response via the online chat. I suspect that they are going out of business. I am now having to go through a process with my bank to try and recover my money.

No order has arrived.and no refund despite several messages. 105 pounds of my 86 year old mothers money down the drain and no christening presents for her great grandchildren. Sad

They have only partially fulfilled my order, and have not responded to any of my attempts to get an update from them. - There is no contact / customer service email address, and no phone number. Only automated chat box and a contact submission form which doesn't give any human responses. Avoid.

Ordered a digital file, they never delivered.

I fail to see how they do business. I am shocked by any positive reviews, if they are legit reviews?

Purchasing cartoon art from Printed Memories was one of the best experiences. The staff was truly kind and thoughtful, and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the finished product.

The finished picture looks just like our guinea pig that passed, and my son is truly happy to have a hand-made picture of his best friend. The Administrative Staff was thoughtful and responsive, and the Artist was wonderful - they made sure I was happy, and made adjustments for me.

I would definitely purchase another piece of art from Printed Memories.

I recently purchased some stickers from PrintedMemories and I am absolutely in love with them! The quality of the stickers is top-notch and they look even better in person than they did on the website. The design was spot on and exceeded my expectations - I received so many compliments on them. I was impressed with how easy the ordering process was, and my stickers arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Everything worked pretty wells except when I modified a date, it would set one day back. When the order was confirmed, it had the wrong shipping name and no apartment number. I had to e-mail support to hopefully get this corrected.

Everything was great!
The print was exactly what I asked for!
They shipped it fast and it even came before the date estimated.
The only bad thing was that I asked it without the frame so it came with the form of package.

The ordering process was easy, including customization. Happy with the print as its great quality. The frame is a nice touch to the maps.

This website took all the stress and time out of making a photo book.

I upload all my wrist watch images to my Instagram and have never had a quick or easy way to build a book out of them to show my customers.

Took me about 8 minutes to build my 56 page hardcover book and was pleasantly surprised when it pulled in my Instagram captions too. After a few small edits, it was done.
Arrived pretty quick too and overall very happy with the experience on my mobile device.

I used printed memories as a gift for my family since I moved away. My Mum absolutely adored it. Great book, great quality, great service.

It's a great product! Book arrived very fast and it's amazing to see how your photos from your laptop can suddenly be organised into such a beautiful display. High recommend then product!

What can I say? Printed Memories is AMAZING! I am so excited for Christmas, for everyone to see the books that they’re going to be getting. We moved away from family and this was the perfect gift for grandparents who are jonesing for a grandkid fix.
The site is very user friendly, and the whole experience of making a book made me feel like I was making a personal, customizable project. Not just a cookie cutter template that means that Debbie down the road has almost the exact same book as mine.
The price was great, tried to do one of these on other sites and never had it printed once I saw what the final price was going to be on the checkout page.
Love this company and have already been telling friends about them! If you’re questioning about whether or not to do this, you won’t regret it!

I've tried these things before and literally spent well over an hour trying to piece it altogether.

A buddy of mine recommended this Printed Memories purely because of how easy it was to do and I'm not even joking when I say it took me under 15 minutes lol.

It connects to your socials easy and its really simple to customise and move bits around then its done for you.

Super ideal if you're busy and still want to get a great gift made.

I've actually done multiple now for my family ahead of Christmas haha - makes a great personal gift!!

Will DEF be using again and would recommend to anyone, especially if you dont wanna sit there for hours trying to make one yourself
