Very goog customer service

I had a problem with the discount code bought on the website groupon, before asking here I asked Groupon for help but the provided help wasn't really useful. When I asked on printerpix, Kayla was there to help me right away, I didn't have much to wait and I'm impressed with the efficiency and speed with which she solved my problem.
Her help was invaluable which made my experience very easy and enjoyable.
I would like to say thank you Kayla!

photo book

This evening I ordered a photo book and I was charged more than expected as the Groupon code entered was not considered. Chatting with the assistant Patricia, in a few minutes she solved the problem and guaranteed the refund of the undue difference. Therefore my review for your assistant Patricia can only be extremely positive for the immediate resolution of the problem
