We have been in business since 1989, originally selling computers, printers and software. We are a small family business and pride ourselves on knowing our trade and providing excellent customer service. We now specialise in spare parts for printers. We have built up relationships with many suppliers over the years and have access to many different manufacturer's parts. We are a Canon Authorised Partner, which means we buy direct from Canon. We carry a large amount of stock ourselves. Very helpful when I enquired about how…

Very helpful when I enquired about how to fit one of the kits, put the instructions online straight away, and on a Sunday.

I've now bought the kit, and it works a treat. £45 is quite a lot for a couple of pieces of plastic, but if it stops the printer misfeeding it will be well worth it.

I was very impressed with the speedy response to my query regarding replacing two printer heads and their help in confirming which were the correct parts to order.
The spares were delivered promptly and our printer problem was resolved. We will certainly know who to ontact if we need any further assistance. Thank you for such good service.

Helpful, quick, and they have the stock they advertise

In response to an order for the incorrect part, printerspareparts were helpful in helping me return the incorrect part, and supplying the right part. They refunded the cost of the first order quickly. The whole process was complete inside four days, and the new part fitted. Which works perfectly. Perfect!

Excellent company and customer service

Having difficulty in purchasing a replacement adapter for my printer, my web search found this printer spare parts company and so glad I did. They were so helpful and although the exact adapter was not listed, they took the time to find a suitable item for me. It is good to know that there are still companies willing to provide an excellent service, which I am very thankful for.
