I ordered 3x 3 sticky notes with custom image. It’s hard to choose on a star basis because my image was a 5, customer service is a 5, delivery time is a 5. My complaint, the sticky on the sticky note was weak adhesive. I sent a message and the vice president responded and offered to make my product again. I declined because I think it was made correctly, they just don’t have good adhesive. PPS did a great job but the product just wasn’t good enough. Sticky notes have to stick.

I ordered business cards from Printpps, and I would say they are good enough. I chose Printpps because they had a lot of options, and my heart was set on 3" square business cards with rounded corners. The cards shipped a day or two later than expected, but this ended up not being an issue for my timeline. When they arrived, I was slightly disappointed that they were off-center. About 10% of them had strangely cut corners that weren't so much rounded as jagged. The product was usable, but I wouldn't necessarily order from them again.

I did a reorder of our bracket sheets we are using. The process was very easy and quick. I ordered them on 2/26/26 and they are already on their way to me. They are expected to be here by 3/3/26.

They communicated well with their process in adding our logo to the invoices prior to printing and emailed us to make sure everything was correct.

The website was easy to use and product is great! Better pricing than competitors as well.

Easy to "design" my own stuff and I love that it's double checked by someone at PPS. I designed a quick note pad and then was contacted that the design was going to be blurry - with their help we got it corrected and then printed and they are perfect!!
