Very poor quality, grainny, scratched, not worth 55$. Not sure if this is just a poor item or a quality control issue. But very disappointed.

Pros: The plaque was as described and looked great. Cons: The $9.99 stand you have to buy to show it off is so cheap looking. It is a 50c piece of particle board and detracts from the overall gift.... See more

Nothing like pictures, manufacturing defect. Text off center looking very silly. Really bad quality plastic for amount paid and stand is flimsy and probably will fall over if you breath on it.... See more

Credit Card Fraud $38.77

Ordered 02/04/2024 it finally arrived 02/24/2024 and my bank caught the follow up fraudulent charge for $38.77 that definitely was based on this purchase on 02/26/2024. Watch your credit card if you ordered here regardless if it came or not.

Expensive, wrong printing & bad quality

I ordered it for Valentine's Day on February 4th. I received it on February 22nd. Well done...

The mention "Our first date" was not printed and the glass is really bad quality. There is cuts on the side and that's all you can see when you light up the panel.

Expensive & Bad quality. Really don't recommend it

Like everyone else on here

Like everyone else on here, after purchasing my product I received a $38.77 charge on CC. Nothing is on their site or was told to me that there would be a charge after. Save your $$$

Do not trust this company: Stolen CC

Do not trust this company! You will eventually get the product you ordered maybe -- but you'll also have your credit card info used fraudulently after the fact! Customer service is just AI response.

Ordered for Valentine's day, almost a month before Feb 14th. Didn't arrive until Feb 19th. Then a couple days after it arrived, a full month after I fully paid for the order -- I get a mysterious $38.77 charge from some random company in Georgia where this company is also located. My CC company luckily identified this as suspicious and auto declined it and deactivated the card number.

This company is straight up stealing CC info and charging you after your order! How they're still in business I have no idea, but after doing research online this mysterious charge is happening to a lot of people after ordering from PrintYourPlaces, and another company they run "PupSocks". This company needs to be shut down!!

If you already ordered be sure to check your credit card statements vigilantly!!

Slow delivery on product and attempted theft. Did I mention the attempted theft.

Made an order with them and didn't receive any notification about my delivery until I emailed them after 8 days. Afterwards I received a discount and mysteriously a new shipping notification. Today I got a notification that there was an attempted charge of almost $40. Luckily I moved the funds out of the account the week before. Whether it can be traced back to them, I'm not sure. But I rarely use the card with any other purchases. Along with the attempted charge just happening to be just North of where the company is located, does seem kind of fishy.

I placed the order on 12 of February

I placed the order on 12 of February. On their website it clearly says it will be shipped within 3-5 business days and the order is being fulfilled within next 6 hours from the time the order has been placed. There has been a week I did not receive any tracking number and the status is still “paid”, no processing therefore. I contacted customer support once again today and asked them to cancel the order, mentioning to them all the above info, and my concerns that this seems to be a scamm. They refunded me straight away, but I contacted also my bank to put a stop an all future payments to this company as I have seen all the comments below, where people saying this company took some payments afterwards. So just to let you all now guys, contact your bank and do that just in case..

Told my order wasn't complete to get a second order

A day after I placed my order the company texted me to say that my order from the prior day wasn't completed and asked if I would like to complete my order. I responded yes, and they sent a link for me to complete my order.
I placed the order again, on the believing that the text message was true, and then was charged twice and had two orders shipped. I emailed the company back asking for a refund, with a screenshot of the text messages, but the company refused to provide a refund for the second order.

9 days after order is placed, no status besides "order confirmed".

They advertised all over social media for the Valentines Day special. I placed an order with a rush on delivery thinking certainly they would not be advertising for a Valentines Day gift if they could not deliver in time for Valentines Day.
9 Days later, Feb. 16, all I received was the email "We've received your order", there is no ETA or other status.
I wish I read all the horrible reviews first. I figured they took my money and I may never see the product.

They charge you without your permission

If you order from these people (here's some advice: don't), and get a suspicious $38.77 charge from "digital content apps," question them about it, and then demand a refund of that charge either from them, or the email they give you. I don't know how they haven't gotten in legal trouble yet, but it's high time they should.

This is basically a criminal…

This is basically a criminal organization. They take your money and you get NOTHING. You email and you get NOTHING. They are an absolute joke. They should be shut down by the state attorney general.

Should be 0 stars

Should be 0 stars this company doesn’t respond to emails and they don’t ever ship your product. Just post in instagram about there product you pay for it and you never hear from them after you give them your money. It’s terrible

Don’t expect this to arrive on time if anything needs fixed

I ordered this back on January 29th. The light stand would not work and the plaque had a nasty red mark on the side of it that would not come out. After reporting the issue on Friday, February 2nd (when I received the order) I did not receive the replacement before Valentine’s Day. It’s scheduled to be sent on the evening of February 17th instead. Very dissatisfied with the service here as this was supposed to be a Valentine’s Day gift.
